The hotel was ok. I just needed a place to sleep for my travel for a decent price. The only think my door wouldnt closed by itself i had to push it really hard. But other than that had no complain.

Staff were kind and the place was decently clean. There was a nickle sized hole in the tubs outter layer which was concerning. The bedding was old but clean.

First they asked (demanded) for a $100 deposit for incidentals (this is not the Hilton). Then the next day they charged my card for total stay. You would think they would deduct the deposit but that's not what happen. They tell me to wait 3 business days and the deposit will be returned. But I won't get it all back because I had 2 bottles of Kirkland water. Now I checked in late Tuesday night. Breakfast was doable because of my lifestyle but there was fruit. Came back from convention mtg Wednesday evening and bed was not made no biggie but the bathroom had not been cleaned. Thursday same thing. I called front desk was informed that they clean on day 3 of visit. Friday no service front desk told me I had to schedule the cleaning by now those small garbage cans are overflowing(there were 2 in my room one of which was in the bathroom. Front desk offered me some garbage bags. Saturday one bed made garbage gone bathroom not touched.

All in all it was a nice stay. My only problem was there was no housekeeping. My bed was never made and wet towels were never collected

So when we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied with other guest. Or was super awkward, and the bathroom had some hair in the bathtub

The only real issues I had were the fact that the hot tub jets did not work and the breakfast was the same thing every day.

The room smelled like mildew. The mattress was so old, it was hard and uncomfortable. Hot tub was disgunting. Pool towels were tiny

Convenient in a safe area, within walking distance to restaurants and the Maverik Center since I was there to go see a concert.

The comforter was dirty with crusty blood on it. The sink and shower had old water stains and the carpet was as of it wasn't vacuumed. The pillows seemed old lumpy and old. Fridge stank really bad and the tv remote control looked like it was never cleaned. The shower knob fell off almost hitting me and the shower tile had a big crack in it and it looked like there was a leak in the wall because the wall close to the shower was all wrapped. Overall worst hotel I've been to

Checking into this hotel was less than pleasant, waited for 20 minutes with no one in front of us, staff ignored us and kept walking by. Felt like we were an absolute inconvenience to be there by the staff. We paid for a suite which we did not get and it was absolutely filthy and there was this awful smell every time we came into the room. We were also told that the hotel provided cribs or pack and plays for our one-year-old and when we checked in, they told us that it was not available, and there is nothing that they could do about it, but there was a pullout couch for us to use When we got up to the room. There was not. I have pictures of the room but it won’t let me post them. Would not recommend

From the outside the hotel looked okay, the inside was extremely sketchy and dirty.

The room was clean but it took forever to get it. We didn’t check in until almost 5 pm. They didn’t have the room we were supposed to get cleaned. So we got one right by the front desk. Would stay there again, but only if it’s cheaper then what we paid for it.

Great and friendly staff here at comfort Inn. Had a little problem checking in but after talking with the manager and after a few phone calls she made got it all figured it.

Very good place for one nite

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The gentleman at the front dest when we arrived was polite and professional. Even warned me of putting the key by my battery (i still managed to deactivate the key during the stay). When I grabbed a replacement the lady at the desk was just as awesome.
We had a long trip from north Idaho so we were ready to relax. The room was great. A bit dated but we are all for practicality so didn’t matter much to us. We were comfortable and loved being walking distance to many food options!
My only complaint was that there was a black puddle of dried liquid on the floor in front of the toilet. I used a wash cloth to clean it up. Just glad we caught it before anyone’s feet went in it!
Other than that it was a great place to stay and we will be sure to come back and stay next time we are in town for a concert!!

I loved the hotel until our last night. The ac was not working properly and we had a warm night. When I mentioned it to the staff upon checkout they did not even apologize or seem to care!

Immediately, the young girl that checked me in had a nasty attitude. And when I asked for a copy of the agreement that I had signed, she told me that she couldn't print me a copy. She then told me that I can take a picture of the one I signed. Which I did. This seems like a normal conversation, but her attitude is what made this not normal.

There was often no one staffing the front desk. Many guests were often standing at the desk waiting for someone to help them when i walked through the lobby.
The lobby was the cleanest and most up to date area of the hotel. The carpet was dirty on the stairs. The sheets were dingy in places. The bathroom had huge cracks in the tile and the paint was sagging.
The swimming pool area was in a greenhouse that had dirty windows and panels missing in the ceiling. The pool was dirty with many dead bugs floating around and the hot tub was very dirty (or dingy?). A staff member came in at one point to turn the hot tub on and it didn't work, then he left. Over all, I guess I got what I paid for.
