We loved being so close to the Brisbane river, ferry access. The concierge services were wonderful! The staff helped us figure out how to get around (ferry, on foot), as well tailoring our activity options to us. Having just flown in from out of the country, we were tired and were able gain access to our room early. The breakfast buffet was fabulous as well and well worth the money.

Very small room for the price we paid. There was an ajoining room with a small child that could be heard screaming early in the morning. Whilst this is not within the control of the hotel, the $950 paid for the one night is not an ajoining room price, despite it being the fiverfire celebration. It took away from the relaxation time we were looking for, which was disapointing and doesn't motivate us to return.

Was made homeless with 3 kids because they couldn’t find booking fully paid from there own sub contract selling there rooms, otherwise the food was nice staff were wonderful. Office needs a check as that was bad bussiness

We were very disappointed with the service provided. Our room was not ready when we checked in at 2pm. Our bags were left with concierge and after 2 hours of them not turning up we had to collect ourselves. The buffet breakfast allowed tables to be booked meaning the only availability was outside in the cold. Will not be returning anytime soon.

On Expedia it gives you options for a city view or pay extra for a river view. The river which I paid extra for is a slight view of the river through a couple of buildings. Definitely not worth it! Parking and food is very expensive and not worth it. I don’t recommend this hotel there are better for the same price.
