I did notice that the bathtub had some rust places And the comforter on the bed was getting very old and had holes. Other than those two items, my day was fine Yes, I would stay there again

No key needed in rear entrance of hotel, just pull and the door opens, Ice machine broke, Pool been closed for a long time, Mold in the Bathroom, handprints on shower wall, and when water splashed out of sink when bathing in it the white towels turned brown from the dirt on the floor. a big ball of HAIR was found in the covers. Air condition was good for August except for the musty dog smell that came out. Continental breakfast, was choice of a waffle, no Cereal, had milk, Bread that could be toasted with a jar of peanut butter or plain yogurt (un flavored)
Coffee was available, Asked to check in 45 minutes early had drove for 5 hours, literally the parking lot was empty except for 5 cars the entire time I was there. Was advised I had to wait until 3pm. No one would answer the phone was there for a funeral so had to leave the family to find out. Asked for a refund the first day was advised that since I booked through a 3rd party ,HOTEL.com not happening. There are chairs in the parking lot for the night walkers and randoms to hang out. Which they were very friendly when they were laying on the benches out front. Frequently the front desk had a sign up stating that its unattended. Wish I thought to take pictures. Outside it looks like it's not been weedeated this year. Also, windows are busted on second floor seen from the parking area. Hotel looks good from 100 yards. and the front desk area looks like its been remodeled and nothing else. Interesting thats the only pics

The staff was friendly and helped me find my fan again after losing it days ago, the hotel was clean and quiet and all together was a great visit.

It was horrible! Big cockroaches, cereal and bread for breakfast, see through curtains in the room, broken shower head, stained bed linens ( wouldn't let my animal sleep with the pillows), and all around just horrible!

Good condition, standard complimentary breakfast, clean beds and towels. Dated but satisfied with what we got for the price. It wasn’t the closest to downtown, but it wasn’t an outrageous drive and it was closer to groceries

Check in was smooth and friendly, however once arriving in room 120 the smell of musk was very strong. Shower curtain was yellow not white, old hair clips from previous guest highly needs replacing. Tub filled w/water from the shower backed up with globs of hair not telling how long that had been there. Mold around tub edge where the shower wall meets the tub. The main room floor gets wet from humidity in the room you need a slippery when wet sign. Overall needs improving .

Back door never locked.so anybody could get in whenever.grounds not clean.towels had allmost holes in them.bathroom door did not stay.closed.needd new sheets.and upgrade needed.not very clean

After reserving our room 3 weeks in advance, we were told the only rooms they had to offer us was either a "Pet" room, or one on the second floor, and there was no elevator. We are in our 70s and the flights of stairs were a no. Upon a quick inspection, the "Pet" room appeared adequate. But as it turns out....the shower stall was filthy. Niether of us would use the shower. It looked like someone had pulled the towel rack off the wall, it had been replaced but never painted. The hair dryer's wires were held together with black tape. Outside the pool was closed. There were 5 or 6 mattresses leaned against something, and upon seeing this, we slept in our clothes afraid of bed bugs. The walls against the bathroom had been recently repaired and the floor replaced with non matching laminate. We will never ever stay in this place again.
We have good friends in Rogersville and plan to visit often. But again we wont stay there.

I have stayed multiple times here at the Quality Inn here in Rogersville. I never had a bad experience. I would recommend this place to others

The facility seems like it is due for floor and wall coverings update. It’s a little beat up but seemed clean.

Only thing I wasn’t happy about was…the pool was not in service that should have been updated when booking. I would’ve chosen a different location my son wanted to swim.

The room is excellent condition. The bathroom was awesome I love the large sink. The water pressure was fantastic and we stayed on the first floor I loved it thank you very much

Needs updating. Side entry security door by the pool - not so secure. Remove all the debris from behind the building and the parking lot … might improve overall appeal.

Overall it was okay. It was a bad weekend to find a hotel due to the holiday but we had business in the area. Some of the reviews were bad so my expectations were low. Front desk was very professional. We did have to change our sheets as the ones on the bed were stained and we noticed the hallways could have used a quick vacuum. We were told that they are struggling to find and keep house keepers and that shows. No extra pillows or blankets and a few maintenance issues here and there that if not corrected will evolve into bigger issues. It appears that they have put in new laminate floors and are making upgrades, so again overall it wasn't a bad stay. The shower was a plus if you enjoy super hot and great water pressure.

The hotel front desk was very nice to me and remembered me when I was there last time reporting on the Summer Wells case. The hotel staff printed me up pictures of Summer so I can share them around the community while I searched for her. Great place. I will go back when I follow up on the Wells case.

Great stay, everything was clean and service was great. Looked like new construction so everything was in working order.

Management was very nice but I did not have a good stay overall. I had to request a room change. The first room had a couch in it that was old and stained. The bathtub needed replacing. The other room was better but my car got keyed in the parking lot.

Property was updated and kept up pretty well. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was okay, basic, but they had decent coffee so that is always a plus. Room was nice, several hairs found in tub, bathroom but otherwise very acceptable. No elevator so if you are mobility limited be sure to get first floor.
