Advertised as air conditioning and heating (on Hotels.com, their own website, and a phone call to confirm) but turns out that the hotel disabled air conditioning and refused to allow use. Hair in shower upon check-in. Overall, beautiful room but uncomfortable due to lack of air conditioning despite confirming availability of such when booking.

Clean and upscale hotel. The staff is professional, polite, and helpful. Great place to explore the city. Street car stop is right outside the hotel.

My family and I stayed here for one night and I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is located in the city center near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the hotel bar.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as very clean.
I will definitely visit again and choose this hotel!

Loved this hotel! We knew nothing about Strasbourg, and this hotel is right in the heart of downtown which was great for the plans we had to walk around and explore. The onsite bar and restaurant had tasty food and snacks - but would recommend for dinner you go out and get some real Alsatian classics! We asked the concierge - who was kind and amazing overall - for a dinner recommendation and had the best dinner of our European vacation. The room was clean and cozy, with a great bathroom and shower. Highly recommend!

Great location to everywhere in the city you want to go. Great buffet breakfast. Staff is helpful. Room size is a little small but ok for solo traveler. But I find the cover of the safety box a little dusty, maybe very few people use it.

Maison Rouge is a beautiful property and extremely well placed to visit the area's attractions. Service and facilities are outstanding, and the staff are kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend it!

La really beautiful hotel located in the centre of town, right next to Galeries Lafayette (where I was working for the night) the staff are super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent (we had dinner and breakfast) rooms are lovely, well appointed and the right size for a short stay (I booked the smallest room) the bathrooms are sleek and I loved the Clarke’s toiletries. the spa is also small but perfectly formed, if a little expensive (sauna, steam room and hot tub for €25 for one hours use for hotel guests) would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Only down side was the gym, it’s basically one room with 10 sand filled bag weights, two static bikes, and a treadmill only good to walk slow.
Excellent location, across place KLEBER, great shopping.

This is a beautiful property. In walking distance to all attractions. The service is perfect. We upgraded to a suite with 2 balconies looking at the cathedral. Also had a wonderful breakfast with great service.

What a great hotel, in a great location. Train tram and your at the hotel in 10 minutes. Cab 10 minutes. Smack dab in the middle of everything, 5 min to anything in Strasbourg. Nice staff. Beautiful hotel. We did not do the breakfast since there are so many great patisseries and cafes , no need to spend 34 Euros on breakfast. Nice bar and service.

This is a lovely and welcoming hotel in the heart of old Strasbourg. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the bathroom large by European standards.

This is a beautiful property and central to many things. I was able to go see the key areas on foot quite easily. It also allowed me to come back easily when it was raining if I forgot my umbrella or whenever I wanted to rest. The staff is amazing and they let me check in early without hesitation. Highly recommend!
