Was in a jam late at night passing through Winston-Salem and this Courtyard location fit us in even though they were packed due to a convention in town. Everyone was very nice and the room was clean. Our room was very close to the kitchen, and we smelled food quite a bit during our stay. This can't be helped, just suggest booking second floor if smells bother you. It just made us hungry.

The shower was gross! The shower door was very tough to slide back and forth.The A/C unit didn’t work very well and had an awful smell. The room was stuffy. Half assed update to rooms, no attention to detail.

The main thing I didn’t like was that our whole hallway smelled like weed. I don’t care to smell it or have my children smell it. There also is NO SMOKING rule, so I don’t understand how smoking weed is acceptable. I hope they have to pay the fine for smoking in their room. Also, it is NOT legal to smoke weed in NC!!

Property was clean and everyone was very nice. Had to pay $50 fee in case of damage that I was not aware of until check in. Was told I should receive credit within 8 to 10 days.

At first they had us in a handicap room which I was not happy with, But Jackie, who went above and beyond, put us in another room that was excellent!! Kudos to Jackie!!

Alerted them to a smoke detector beeping in the next room at 5PM because it needed a battery. Returned to the room around 10PM and it was still beeping...it kept beeping all night...
When I went for my 'included breakfast' the next morning, the employee asked me to Zelle him money for cash he was giving me because he was having bank issues. After 10 minutes of back and forth, I no longer had time to get breakfast...
I'll be back in the area a lot for work, and unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. I'll be looking elsewhere.

The ladies at the front desk were really sweet and welcoming! The hotel is near a lot of places to eat and some shopping which was convenient.

The stay itself was OK. This was a trip booked for an employee of our company. She ended up having to leave early and at check out was told the last night of her stay would be refunded. When contacting the hotel to get said refund we were told it no. The GM said they would not stand by that promise. We literally spend thousands of dollars at this property every year. We will take our business to another property.

Paid for my room through Expedia.Earlier that day total was fair only $104 W/O tax around 12:30 that prior afternoon .Arrived to check in at 9:00pm . Check in lady says oh you have to pay a $100 incidental fee. Reason being because i booked my room with Expedia. So i guess I was PUNISHED FOR booking with

Was very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk staff were nice but the hotel looks great in pictures but looks 20 years older in person!! Needs a complete remodel and everything needs cleaning. The furniture in our room was absolutely filthy. If I could have cancelled and found something else over the holiday weekend I would have!! Will not stay here again.

Looking for a good nights stay in a clean quiet hotel, this one's for you. Hotel has been updated and has a very comfortable feel and nice decor. Not only does it look updated, the rooms have been updated as well. My room contained a balcony which was nice to sit out on even though the night was a little chilly. If you need a nice place to stay, look no further, well worth the cost!

Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay. Front desk was very nice and friendly, they even allowed me to extend my check out time with no issues. My only complaint is the shower baseboard were not cleaned throughly.

The service at breakfast was disappointing. The server was not friendly and seemed impatient while we were trying to decide what to order. Many items on the menu were not available. Quite a few of the tables were messy. Other than the breakfast service, everything else was nice.

Here for business, nice and quiet after a long day of conference time. Very comfortable bed and quick check out to get to the next day of meetings. I would stay here again.

Night manager couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Handicapped accessible room requested but not what we expected. Shower plumbing installed incorrectly and note on shower wall informing that cold & hot water were reversed. For the price point, we expected better.
