only drawback was something loose on adjacent scaffolding which banged when the wind came up - didn't get much sleep

Perfectly functional for an overnight stay for 2.
We arrived in 35 degree heat and room was cool on arrival, remaining so overnight due to the excellent air conditioner.
Reception provided a bottle of fresh skim milk which was a nice touch.
There is a good looking swimming pool very close to the rooms which was being patronised by some of the guests.
The room was quiet, being away from the main road, and the beds/ pillows were comfortable.
My only complaint was a strong sweet smell that greeted us when we opened the front door.. possibly from a cleaner or disinfectant used. It was enough for us to put on the fan ( provided) and keep the front door open for a couple of hours.
I would stay here again.

I loved this little motor inn. The reception was incredibly friendly and the pool was so tempting (if only I had brought my bathing suit!). It was convenient to everything but too hot to walk far. I'd definitely stay here again!

A nice large room with a small couch and table and chairs making it very comfortable. Extra pillows and blanket if needed. Bathroom was fine. Only negative was no reading lamp or light near couch. Management were friendly and helpful

I thought this motel ticked all the boxes for a country town overnight stop. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Close proximity (within walking distance) to the main town area for shops, restaurants and pubs. The lady in the reception area was really lovely and helpful. I would stay here again.

Checking in was quick and easy and the pwner was so lovely. Even got fresh milk for my morning coffees. They even do breakfast orders, which we didnt utilise this stay. Overall had a lovely stay and would recommend!

This is a very comfortable property. Good sized rooms. Lovely pool on a hot day. Close to shops, pubs and sports club also restaurants. Quiet as is off street. Good parking. Highly recommended.

This place is a gold standard model for motel accomodation. It has been tastefully renovated and so is excellently presented. They have gone that bit extra to make the place a great overnight stop. Superb cleanliness, comfy bed, lovely white bed sheets.
Will definitely stay again whenever in that area.
