Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable room. Very courteous staff. Highly recommended!

This is an old Hampton Inn with a different name. Hallways are dark, rooms need upgrades. I asked the desk clerk about the reason for the $10 parking fee, but all they knew was that it was management's decision. The hotel was at 25% capacity the night we stayed. The bar was not open, clerk did not have an explanation for that either. Overall, we were disappointed. Could have stayed in much nicer hotels for just a few dollars more.

The bed was very stiff and the pillows were flat

it had its pluses and minuses the main two minuses was all the kids that stayed there i had to keep,closing the door on the first floor i couldnt sleep too loud. the second was silverfish i saw a few killed em but waqsnt sure if they were in my clothes or not s as soon as i got home clothes in the washer asap. plus rooms looked nice and the shower was nice

The hotel was clean with attentive and pleasant staff. They found out that it was for our Anniversary and had multiple suggestions for where to go and what to do. We will absolutely stay there again. 5/5

Nicely maintained and very convenient to the Country Club. We were in town for a wedding and many guests stayed at this hotel - all had positive things to say!

Property ok. Ive stayed a few times already. Room was clean. Starting to look a bit worn out. Ceiling had a lot of spots like if there was a water leak and wasnt painted. Bed was very uncomfortable and AC unit noisy.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alice very much, had a room with an ocean view, room was comfortable with all the amenities, and a quick walk across the street to the beach, a very nice one at that! Staff was friendly and accommodating, we will definitely stay there again!

Renovations have vastly improved the appearance. Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and always inquired about our stay. Easy access to beach. Safe environment. Huge parking lot that even fitted buses w/ ample space for cars. One bush could be trimmed smaller to make exiting the lot safer by improving visibility. Great location for distance to restaurants and shopping. Will return.

Stuff was amazing!

The mattress and pillows were the worst I have experienced during a hotel stay. There were springs poking out. Woke up each morning with back and neck pain,

Staff was very pleasant, and the layout of the room with desk and mini kitchen was excellent. Comfortable bed and a hot shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Billy on the desk was amazing with all his help making recommendations for dining. He is the best person I've met with all his help. Alice Hotel is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I would recommend staying there for no other reason than Billy

Sink area was not clean. Bed made noise everytime you moved. Bathtub filled up while taking shower and the plug was open. Normally the rooms are better. I have stayed there before and I was disappointed.

Will not stay there again. Although check in and hotel in general was incredibly accommodating, the caliber of our room was poor. The bathroom fan or light didn’t work. It had not been cleaned and was dirty.

Excellent hotel but two big buts: 1. Extremely noisy beds. Any movement and it's squeaking and screeching like an old tractor. Thet must have some old sprint mattresses or something or very flimsy metal frames 2. Barking does cost money, I'll be there only $10 a day.

Great spot

The first evening I got here it was after a 12 hour car ride with my dog and toddler. The halls had literal garbage bags in the hallway with peoples dirty towels just sitting in the haul and trash waiting to be taken out. I got to my room and I have a toddler, the floors were so dirty my feet were black and the whole room just felt unclean which is not good when you have a baby. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean the room myself. The couch was dirty with dog hair and dog spit, my towels had other peoples hair in them and weren’t even clean. Idk why this was rated an 8.8 star hotel on Expedia because realistically it’s a 6.5 star hotel at best. The manager only offered a change of rooms which to me is pointless bc I figured all rooms would be cleaned the same way. Disappointed with the hotel cleanliness, the pool was dirty as well and I didn’t take my toddler in a single time.

I was told it would be an ocean view and the sofa was broken cause when u open it for bed the head of the bed went down and ur feet and legs were higher than rest of the body and the mattress was so thin and smelly I asked for a better one but was told I couldn’t check sofa with out moving rooms cause all sofas are the same I was very unhappy at this hotel and will let my friends know abt it also

Great location and staff was friendly. Property is in need of some work. Bathroom was very dirty with mold and tiles falling off the baseboard. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It had permanent sunken impressions on each side. Expected more for what we paid for our stay.

This is the cleanest and best larger hotel in the Atlantic Beach area. The staff is responsive to requests, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is a close walk to the beach, which is no problem, and the particular beach area is not over-populated even on busy summer days. Our family had a great time playing games and watching TV in the lobby in the evening and chatting with other guests. Overall it was a great experience.
