Great Staff - love to stay here

At check in the personnel smile - very welcoming. Check in was quick, pleasant and all questions answered. The lobby has a light airy and cheerful atmosphere. Free, ample, convenient parking - especially longer space so my compact car actually fit without sticking out AND wider spaces so I can actually open the door without banging other cars and dinging my car door. Clean room and plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable. I enjoyed my room view and location.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff pleasant, we were disappointed to find that the breakfast we paid extra for during booking was not honored during our stay. Fortunately they let us have a bowl of fruit for our toddler “free of charge” (though we paid $10 to have breakfast included) when pressed about the issue. The hot tub was also down while we were there and we weren’t advised of this during check in or when we made our way to the pool area in the evening (we passed the front desk and staff told us to enjoy our swim so it felt like a missed opportunity to inform us). Overall we would probably choose to stay at another local hotel again since we didn’t feel this was up to typical Hilton standards but it’s a fine choice if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep.

Everything was good excepting bed had some disgusting smell. I think someone keep dog/cat in there. Need to be be cleaned well!

Property is nice, rooms are well equipped and very clean. The elevators are in desperate need of upgrade, other than that, highly recommended

My family had a good stay in Folsom. This hotel has a great location. Very comfy bed, roomy desk to work, very clean. Easy access to restaurants, movie theater, a spa and stores. The best part was a group of very attentive staff who treated us very well.

Fast efficient check in Super friendly staff

Rooms not ready at check in after calling a day early for early checkin and assured that would not be a problem. Rooms still not ready at regular checkin time, finally received a call an hour and a half later when at our event.

We didn’t get the room I payed for. The front desk told me they could only see was a 2 queen bed. But I ordered a single king bed.

bathroom did not have a vent fan so you had no way to get rid of the smell of a number 2; breakfast cook did not know how to cook eggs

The house keeper can pay a little more attention to details all the edges of the carpet and baseboards were very dirty and corners of the shower floor were dirty otherwise everything else was clean

I didn't like that we were questioned while at the breakfast area. We paid for the breakfast.

Our heater didn’t seem to work great; other than that no complaints! It was quiet thank goodness. Staff was nice too!
