From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcome. This hotel is in a convenient location,but it is also quiet and serene, with lots of trees and flowers in the area. I like that guests can open windows to let in fresh air. The beds are comfortable. William at the front desk was super helpful. Another woman (I don't remember her name) was very kind when we spilled ice and helped us clean it up. We were greeted every time we entered. I would stay here again when I visit Portland/Lake Oswego!

It was great! The room was clean and modern. I requested extra towels and by the time I got to the room they were there. The breakfast was great and provided a variety of options that fed a toddler, kids, and adults.

The accommodations were stellar in every way. The hotel was very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The complimentary breakfast was filling and the hotel was never loud and full of ruckus. I would definitely stay here again.

Wouldn’t stay any other place when visiting Lake Oswego. The Fairfield is Beautiful, convenient and safe. The staff is always willing to help and the free breakfast is unbelievable.

Beautiful, super clean, brand-new feeling room. However, "The breakfast room is being remodeled, so breakfast is down the hall"; no big deal. "The exercise equipment room is being remodeled, so you can go off property to a gym for free"; uh, no thanks on that. "The hot tub? Well, actually that doesn't exist anymore, it's been filled in. Sorry about that." Now that one was really disappointing, it was on the website, and I counted on that at the end of the day. "Do I want to join the Bonvoy club? The details on at Marriot.com" (Not a breeze to join.) I go down to the counter to have my visit added to my account. "I'm sorry. You booked through a third party so you can't earn points for this visit." Oh, brother. My husband thought the stay was great. I got tired of getting bad news about amenities I thought I was paying for.

Clean and comfortable. I think I slept better on this bed and pillows than any other hotel I’ve stayed in.

All was great until morning maintenance noise started earlier than we liked. I realize that the work was temporary but still annoying. Also, breakfast served was pretty bad compared to other hotels in the area.

Room was clean and nice, no issues there. We had two big issues, my daughter is a diabetic and we put her insulin in the fridge, and it ended up freezing her medication which now we cannot use and wasted hundreds on medicine we can't replace because of that. It froze all of our drinks and food as well. Our only other issue was noisy neighbors which isnt the hotels fault per se, but you could hear normal conversation through the connecting door, it felt like they were talking right in the room with us so that was a little irritating but we know communal living has it's downfalls. Staff was SUPER nice throughout our stay, though. :)

Overall the stay was pleasant, but a few wishes. Wish the showerhead was better, took awhile to rinse off. The bathroom fan also did not work. The TP was low quality, kept breaking. Also, wish there was a microwave, we had cold leftovers. You asked :)
