Kind and helpful front desk staff, check-in was pleasant and I felt welcomed. Very nice clean rooms. Location made it easy to get around the KC area.

Overall, Staff was great‼️. A GIRL party was going on until morning hours…….DREADFUL ‼️‼️. Desk clerk told us ahead of time, jokingly, I think, that if it happened, nothing would be done. So, consequently, we thought, why complain. Thank GOD I packed sponge type earplugs !

The AC was amazingly cold. My family likes it very cold when we sleep and it was perfect. The breakfast was great, variety of food hot food, bagels, and a waffle bar. The laundry dryer didn’t dry my clothes all the way, but at least they were clean, we just hung them up to line dry in the room.

Staff and breakfast was good as always with Hamptons. This was the first one I have been too though where the beds were so so uncomfortable. We had 3 rooms and all visitors said their beds were not good at all.

Great experience. The outside of the hotel looks a little shabby but inside everything is freshly renovated. Our room was clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast options were as expected, the “western omelets” were very good.
Only negative was that the pool was extremely cloudy and disgusting; our kids were disappointed that we didn’t let them swim. In the morning the pool was “out of order”, hopefully they were fixing the problem.
Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was super easy and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was so handy for the kids to get some energy out and the staff were nice enough to bring out some pool toys for them.

My family had a great stay here. The employees were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the hotel and room were clean and modern looking. I used the weight room which had dumbbells up to 50 lbs, two adjustable benches, cardio equipment, and a pully system for overall body work. I'll stay here again next time my family is in town for a Royals game.

The room smelled like dirty dogs. If they are going to run a pet establishment they need to have just a few dog rooms. People should be informed that it is a pet room. We had to go and purchase an air freshener in order to be able to stand the smell. All rooms that pets stay in should not have carpet. Pet rooms should be all tile so the smell can be controlled. We stayed at this Inn several years ago & it was nice. It definitely has gone down hill. Will not stay there again. Money wasted.
