I slept well for the most part. The room was a little too warm for me, however the front desk quickly explained that the air conditioning system may have frozen due to low temperatures outside. Once the system was reset the air came back on and I slept like a dream. I didn’t want to leave. Definitely will be staying again soon. Pool was amazing as always.

Although, there was a stain on the couch & the hottub was luke warm [I notified them] & ants in the swimming pool I would more than happily go back with my family, given the confort & Great Customer Service, & Fresh Breakfast avaliable!

Beautiful affordable hotel

Everything was fine except the hot tub. I chose this hotel because it has a hot tub. After traveling for 12 hours I was looking forward to it. The chemicals were so strong I couldn't stand to sit in it. My eyes were burning and it was male cough. Other guests were having the same issue. It was a great stay aside from that. Excellent water pressure in the shower and comfy beds.

I liked that the property was right off the interstate and no more than 15 minutes from my main destination - the University of Dayton Arena.

Wonderful hotel! Great breakfast! Only detractor: I don't sleep well in firm beds. I didn't ask if they have rooms with soft mattresses available, so that's on me.

Wonderful stay. The breakfast was the best!

The hotel is older, it is being renovated. My room on the third floor had been redone, toilet was old, had to jiggle the handle. Carpet in the hallway was stained. Room was very clean and bright, just small.

I LOVED this place. The staff were so friendly. I especially loved the oatmeal bar with the toppings for breakfast. I have a limited diet and i was able to happily eat breakfast there.

When I pulled back the sheets, there was a bedbug. I went to the front desk to complain and the staff did not seem surprised. I was given a different room on a floor that the entire hallway smelled of marijuana. I will never stay at this property again.

Front desk staff were great

The walls are very thin and if you have an infant-toddler age not a good choice to stay here. Beds are okay. Breakfast was the same every day we were supposed to stay 3 nights. We stayed 2 and left the 2nd night because our toddler couldn’t sleep with people yelling and hooting and hollering in the hallway.

The shower water pressure is outstanding. This hotel charges for parking. They don’t tell you this when you check in.

Our hotel stay was great. Denita at the desk was over accommodating. She went over and above to help us with our room key issue. Room was great and breakfast was hot. Enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your thoughtful and caring staff, especially Zelma, who was the afternoon/evening front desk manager during our stay. We had to travel to Dayton, OH this week to be with a loved one whose health had taken a sudden turn for the worse and was put in hospice care. We drove 500 miles to get there on time to see our loved one, so we went straight to the hospital that evening without checking in first. Since it was already after 8PM, I called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving late, mentioning that we had come straight to the hospital fearing we would be too late. Zelma assured me that the room was still available and she would be there when we arrived. When we did check in a couple of hours later she asked about our loved one and expressed her concern and offered to help make our stay easier with a later check out if needed, a reservation later in the week if we needed to extend our stay at best rate she was able to give us. As we came and went throughout the next day she would ask how we were doing and how my sister was, offering to keep us in her thoughts and prayers. It was like having a friend looking out for you during a very stressful and difficult time. Thank you again Zelma!

Wonderful, full breakfast options. Went to the Chop House for dinner, recommended by staff and it was FABULOUS. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great place to stay close to restaurants and shops

Facilities and staff are nice. A parking fee in a suburban area is offensive.
