Had a late check in, it was fine. Bed was a little lumpy but we were so tired it was fine. Breakfast was ok, not too many options and the eggs were a mush texture but overall good value!

Everything was perfect after we got the toilet seat repaired, handicap person just about fell to ground when we got there, front desk very helpful getting oxygen delivered… we were evacuated from hurricane…breakfast were very good and pleasant person running it.. no discounts for hurricane victims??

We were woken up at 1am by the fire alarm. It wasn’t until the next day when asking to check out early was I informed that there was no fire and it was kids smoking in their room. It would have been nice if management informed us when we re-entered the building … multiple guest were up roaming the handle and parking if lot all night long… no one felt comfortable to stay or sleep. We didn’t know what had happened, if it was Turkey safe etc. I would NEVER stay here again.
The hotel and room were also FILTHY!!! Shower tub was old, peeling and discolored… it’s not worth the price we paid… we never got any rest

The best parts of our stay were the comfortable bed and the hot breakfasts. Wished the tiny fridge had a larger freezer that wasn't basically frozen shut. Also the handicap tub grab bars are installed in weird places. But overall it was quiet, the service was great, and we were pleased.

The folks that run this hotel did everything in their power to make our experience the best. We really appreciate it. We will stay here again.

We've stayed at this hotel before (approx 10 years ago) and found it perfect. But it's now run down. The lobby smelled like chlorine, elevator amelled like marijuana, pool was closed, fridge had a broken shelf guard, and the laminate on the front of the bureau was coming off.

I booked this hotel because of the pool access and breakfast selections. The breakfast was very good But the pool was closed. And told we could use one 10 minutes away. Did not mention a slight price decrease because of the trouble to travel to another hotel for pool options. Very disappointed.

The stay was adequate. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. My kids loved the pool. There were some creepy guests in the lobby at night. Unfortunately, at 1 in the morning the fire alarm went off and we had to vacate the building because someone burnt some toast, when the breakfast bar was closed. Linda in the breakfast bar was very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely think twice about choosing Best Western in the future.

I booked 2 King size bed rooms for myself and a friend. When we arrived the second room was a much smaller room with a full sized bed, but I still paid for a king size room.

I paid for my room in cash, yet he “forgot” and charged my card as well. Which will take 3-5 business days to get my 300$ back on my card while also having to pay 300$ cash for the room. On a trip in a different country and now I am without the money I was relying on in my bank account to get home. As well as there being zero parking and the same worker telling us to park in a handicap spot

Dog poop near the property bush on the small rocks also it looked like three or four guys were drinking beers in front of the hotel in the evening.

Property wasn’t in the best condition and hallway had funky smell. They closed/ locked breakfast area before posted closing time. Front desk staff was friendly.

Adequate. Clean. Comfortable. Could have used an eating table for 2 in the room and bathtub water would not turn off. Breakfast foods were quite empty at 9 so we had to wait 20 minutes for service. Bacon not very cooked.

My expectation was not that high but stayed here for a concert at Gillette and honestly the bed was so comfortable the room was clean everything went smoothly it was a short stay but I will definitely stay again

The carpeting in the room was so absolutely filthy that when I showered it left a pool of black filth in the bottom of the bathtub. In addition, the hotel had zero regular coffee in the entire Hotel including my room and downstairs which is utterly preposterous and unacceptable in addition to the absolute filth of the carpeting. I had high hopes for this hotel but it fell flat on his face, is absolutely disgusting, and I would never stay here again. They also basically told me too bad that they had no regular coffee. The one positive thing I can say about this place is that there was an absolutely lovely and accommodating young Asian woman at the front desk during the day who was absolutely delightful.
