As others have said the room had a strong smell of curry. Had to move rooms it was so bad. The other room has a damp / musty smell. Front desk didnt even ask what the smell was so it’s clear it’s a common thing. TV was broken and oven door hanging off in first room.

Toilet continuously ran, pool was out of order, and oven door would not close so I could not cook. Kitchen had only a few plates/utensils and no soap to wash them. Outlet in kitchen popped breaker everytime you plugged in toaster or coffee maker. One the last day there was a roach in the kitchen! The staff was very friendly and did their best to help but this is horrible maintenance/upkeep compared to when i stayed here last year!

We had no phone in the room. It wasn't able to make outgoing calls. When we asked to have it fixed, a woman came to the room, tried it - said, "I don't know what's wrong with it" and left - without anything further being done. There were ANTS in the room...so many that we had to go out and buy ant traps to lay them throughout the room. The room was advertised as "accessible" but it wasn't. My son had to move furniture so I could get my walker through small spaces, and there were no bars in the bathroom. Finally, our freezer broke - they replaced it - but not before we had some items go bad. Worst of all the hotel refused to provide a credit or discount to our total for all of this. Luckily, Expedia offered us a credit for compensation. I wouldn't stay here again based on all of this.

Visited Cleveland August 2nd - August 5th. Had a a late check in due to travel and was able to check in at 1 am stress free. The room was clean and had a stove fridge work desk. Felt like a home away from home. Was only in town to watch Summerslam so I doubt I’d be back to Cleveland, but if I did this would definitely be my first option.

My room was very clean, kitchen with full fridge was handy. Pool was under maintenance, but I wasn't really wanting to use it. There was duct tape over the lock on an outer door since the card scanner was faulty, placed by the staff. I remived it for MY safety, as the other door to the building was working just fine. There is no breakfast, but you have a kitchen, so who cares. For a cheaper, long-term stay type place, this was pretty good. I would stay here again.

It’s kinda pricey for a 1/2* hotel. It stinks but it was cold and we had no power. It’s seriously run down. It used to be a nice hotel.

There was an active mouse in the room. They were sold out and couldn't move me. Acted like it was no big deal. Did not offer a discount or anything. We had to leave first thing in the morning because we were so upset by the mouse and I had requested a later checkout because I had my grandchildren spend the night. Will not use this hotel again. There were also stains on the bedding that looked like they hadn't been washed.

Great room with a tiny, but complete kitchen. Just what we wanted for a 4 night stay. Comfy seating area, nice bed. Nothing fancy, but we felt we got good value for our money. The main door could use a cleaning, as the dirt from handprints was a bit much. Lovely staff. About 15 minutes south of downtown. Dining options within walking distance.

This hotel was a don’t judge a book by its cover award winner! On the outside and in the lobby it doesn’t look like much. But the rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s right off of the interstate close to a lot of restaurants and gas stations. The description says the room sleeps two but there are both a bed and a sleeper couch. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised by this room; would no doubt stay again.

This hotel was disgusting. Our room was dirty, we had stains on the pillows, hair on the bathroom floor, the bathroom garbage can wasn’t emptied, there were stickers and finger prints all over the bathroom mirror and the room smelled like marijuana and really strong perfume/room spray. I will absolutely never stay there again.

Other than having to get our room keys activated everyday, it was a good experience. Definitely could use some maintenance as well, the entrance door to our wing of the hotel was duct taped open, no need to be a resident to get in.

Checked in very late but very efficiently.
Got to our room and settled in. Clean looking room with sparely outfitted kitchen.
When hubby was getting into bed we noticed sheets stained. Not dirty but old ink type spots.
As I opened the nightstand drawer I noticed a pair of dirty socks…not ours.
It was late so we decided to deal with it in the morning.
I put socks in a bag and took to lobby desk in the morning explaining where I found.
That was it. The only comment was “room number?” I gave number.
I went to lobby a couple times over the weekend for clean towels but no other comments or apologies about our “sock issue”. I mentioned it this morning at check out. Nothing.
Just check your night tables when you first check in.

Came for an overnight stay to attend an event at Cleveland Brown’s stadium. Convenient location and freeway access. Great price for the location. Everything was clean. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Absolutely no complaints.

My flight was canceled and I was stuck in Minneapolis. I called to cancel 30 minutes after I booked and they would not cancel. I ended up staying at a Best Western in Minneapolis instead. I wont stay at Best Western ever again because of this. $200 is a lot of money for a stay I could not make due to being stranded by Delta in Minneapolis.

The property was under some kind of construction. I stayed 3 nights, and no one ever came to room to exchange towels or bedding. No room services at all. I thought that was strange.

Pleasant place to stay in Cleveland area. Just what you need for a stay of a few days or longer. Have stayed at other hotels in the area, this is the best deal. And no highway noise or planes but close to the airport.

My first room had dried up feces on the back of the toilet. The second room had hair, and pubic hair on the comforter. The third room had pubic hair/hair. Dirty dried up blood on the towel, and pubic hair as well. When I asked for an extremely discounted stay it was declined.

The room was very clean for my quick stay. All amenities was good. The only thing that caught my eye was one of the washcloths was not white. It looked as if it was used to clean something and did not return to the crisp white color you would normally see. I did not have to use that set so I nothing was mentioned. Overall, the stay was good. I would stay again if I am in the area.

The stay was not so good the refrigerator did not work so we were unable to keep our beverages cold the sofa was ripped there were no ice the television set kept going off on it's own we got maybe 5 channels at the most on the television we were so ready to go home I know I will not never book a stay at this hotel again

Toilet leaked, when attempting to tighten water hose, a syringe fell from beneath the tank.
$100 deposit was required at the time of check-in which we were told would be refunded within a few business days.

The place was pretty clean. The room was nice, but the dishes in the cabinets were dirty when I arrived. I liked having the kitchen and, with it the refrigerator. It didn't "blow me away" but it did the job.
