I woke up this morning to a church service accross my room at 8:30 am that woke me up. You should not fill rooms acros the hall from a music and speaker system going. I won't be staying here again.

Service top notch. Desk peopl,e friendly. Maid service great. Breakfast always hot and fresh. Coffee is good. Only improvement would be a couple of bottle waters in room.

Front desk staff were extremely pleasant. Room service left definitely dropped the ball. Garbage wasn’t taken out (in fact they left a huge black garbage bag in the middle of the room half full of garbage. The trash vans in my room never made it to the bag left in the room. The room smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette (or a pack), gave the worse headache. There were bugs on the floor where breakfast is served. I have photos of all of the items mentioned.

Booked a handicap room, they said they overbooked. Was put in a room without a handicap shower! And I can’t get in the bathtub. So no shower for three days! Also Wi-Fi was very poor. Considering that I booked almost two weeks ahead???????

It's ok

The hotel was VERY clean. You could smell the cleanliness when we walked inside to check in, so that was very assuring. The room was spacious & nice; however, we did not ask for a "Handicap" room and although it was nice, we found that the bathroom would flood every time that we showered which made it very hazardous for us when walking on wet tile. I reserved a KING SIZE bedroom, not handicapped room which was very displeasing to me & my wife. We made it work though. Also, the refrigerator worked but did not keep drinks cold to our liking. Staff at the front counter was extremely polite & friendly, but most of the cleaning staff did not speak english when we tried to explain to them that we did not want our rooms cleaned.

Learned pool was out of commission and when we arrived. Would have been nice to have that disclaimer prior to booking as my kids were looking forward to swimming.

No one at the desk at check in. Had to wait 10 minutes. Called out and no one. Finally another customer came in and found someone. Smelled of marijuana inside and outside. All down our hall nothing but weed odor! Walking out the side door to parking lot nothing but weed odor. Horrible! Our room wouldn’t get cool enough and it stunk. People were hanging around outside. I would not recommend

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

The room was clean, smelled good, and beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked well and the shower was hot with lots of pressure. Breakfast was lacking variety and the fake scrambled eggs were horrible but we made it work. Part of this hotel is rented out to an oilfield company for workers to stay so there's a lot of workers hanging around everywhere all the time. Even the pool area is closed off for a recreation area just for the workers. It was me and a buddy in town for a tournament and we wasn't interested in the pool area so that wasn't a big deal but I wouldn't want my wife and kids walking around with the oilfield workers I saw.

Overall great experience

The staff at the front desk was rude. Didn’t have a room cleaned when we made there, we had to wait an hour for our room. Check in was at 3 but we couldn’t get a room until 4. Then the beds in the room are so worn out m, if you lay down you roll into a sink hole. Both beds!! Will not be staying at that hotel anymore

I booked this hotel for my family and me. We were traveling to Lafayette for my son's birthday and Mardi Gras. When I booked, I chose to pay upon arrival. The morning of my travel the hotel tried to debit my account for payment at 7 a.m. They then called 2 hours later and demanded that I make a payment over the phone, or I would lose my reservation. I explained that I chose to pay upon arrival. The front desk clerk stated their policy was to pay for the room in advance. I then asked to speak to the manager. Allan got on the phone and stated the same thing as the front desk clerk. He said I would lose my reservation. After I refused to pay over the phone, he stated that my reservation was canceled and that I would not be staying at his hotel. He then hung up the phone. I had to book another hotel last minute. This booking was done a week before travel. Why didn't they contact me ahead of time for payment? Very rude and unprofessional.

Check in was fine, front desk lady was helpful, it sis take 10 minutes (technical issues). Room given was suppose to be a non- smoking room but it smelled so bad my allergies acted up all night. Asked for a different room but was told hotel was booked fully. Room Is outdated and cannot get over the smell of smoke

Room was very comfortable and clean. Outstanding reviews go to the front desk staff, both daytime and evening. They were so helpful with any questions we had and with restaurant recommendations.

Clean hotel that has been updated but not perfectly. Needs a little more work. Hard to check in; took too long. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet.

We were driving from Texas to Orlando and needed a clean place to stay the night to rest. The beds were comfortable and the price was right. Breakfast was ok. Not too many options. The person at the front desk was kind of ghost, it took them ten minutes to come to the desk when I checked in and when I went to checkout there was no one there.

Great property for an overnight stay

The front desk was real friendly and professional. There were roaches in my room. The room i was given was located near the exit, which didn't lock. This exit was also the smoking area. Im not sure if people live there long term or not, but there was ALWAYS 3-4 men smoking at the exit. I expected better.

Went on travel softball tournament made reservations 2 days before going everything was good until the day of going to the hotel called 2 hours to confirm & was told everything was good until I show up to get the @3 to find out my reservation was CANCELED & receptionist said some called because they ran the card on file which wasn’t supposed to happened until I showed up for the room & then had the nerves to say someone called me numerous times which DIDN’T happened so they took upon themselves to lie about situation had to try to find a room for me, my kids & my mom last minutes thanks to no calls on my reservation or that they canceled my room

Facility was nice, but house keeping was not consistent. They did everything after the first night, but for the next 3 days they did not make the beds. 2 days they didn't even empty the trash or bring towels. Also, the TV lost signal if it was turned off. I had to get the manager to set it up twice and then we just had to leave it on, so we wouldn't have to keep calling to have it fixed every time. I'm pretty tolerant, so I didn't want to give a low rating, but these things were disappointing.
