We always stay at this location when I come back home there several other hotels around but I’ve heard a lot of bad complaints.. this location never fails.. service staff are all helpful and attentive to your needs .. buffet breakfast was waffles, sausage eggs .. it saved us money in the long run after 4 night stay .. as always I will be booking them again next year I come home clean rooms great beds … clean sheets ..

We were given keys to an occupied room, we went back to desk and were given another room. The room was clean. The bed sunk and was very uncomfortable. We did not get a good nights sleep.

It was a good stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was clean. There was a very large Cross Country meet at the park so there were a lot of kids staying on the property. The room was on 1st floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was pretty busy but it was good. It's in a good area with several different places to eat close by. The hotel is older and could use a little update. The sink is outside the bathroom which doesn't leave a lot of privacy, but all in all, it was a nice stay. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitly stay there again.

We couldn't use both TV and Refrigerator. Hotel was understaffed but the staff was trying her best. Hotel offered us to switch to a different room but we didn't bother as we had settled already.

The pillows were very bad. I asked for new pillows but they brought more of the same. The hide a bed mattress needed to be thrown out, luckily only a child had to sleep on it. Time for some upgrades Best Western Peoria! A little too pricey for the hotel

Was told to book through Expedia for large group because person at hotel in charge of group bookings couldn’t figure out how to give discounted rate. There was an issue with billing that was finally fixed (after multiple calls) but management I spoke with seemed annoyed in just helping me get it fixed. Won’t be back.

Room was clean, easy to navigate and close to downtown and other area attractions including shopping. Breakfast was great for being included and the attendant was amazing.
Only downside. Pool area was VERY hot and the pool somewhat dirty. Something just seemed a little off with the chlorine, we couldn’t see our feet.
Overall would recommend and would stay again.

I’ve never left a poor review of any hotel stay and don’t enjoy leaving this one but …
The elevator got stuck with us the first night and didn’t work properly, the bathroom had tiles coming up and a warped floor, our carpet had several large stains that were sticky and our shoes would stick to, bed sheets were very itchy. I would imagine from bleaching out between use.
Each night the parking lot had a group of men drinking tequila and getting hammered and having a private party at their work trucks which is none of my business but as a mom traveling with a 16 yo daughter alone I wasn’t impressed. I feel like the hotel should consider the environment of all of their guest. The next morning the men’s chairs, beer bottles, food containers & empty tequilas bottles were still on the ground. Less than impressed.
The hotel staff at counter was very nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies in halls were pleasant.

Check in went smoothly. Room adequate. Sadly, guests in room next to ours were smoking in the non-smoking hotel. Staff made a visit and asked them to stop. They continued. Should have thrown them out.

Fine for one night. Pool was unusable and should’ve been closed. It was green and extremely cloudy. Shower had a small steam and the toilet had a lot of mold/feces around the rim. I’ve paid less for better.

It managed to be a fairly quiet stay even with several young base ball teams there for tournaments. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good - the servers were very efficient in getting food refilled during "packed" breakfasts. Pool looks great but did not get a chance to enjoy it. Nice area and convenient to Bass Pro and Kohl's.

We stayed here during a weekend getaway with friends. I honestly slept so well, our AC was powerful and the beds were comfy. My only complaint was that the hallways/lobby were SO HOT. Not a bad stay for a little weekend!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The AC worked fantastic, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. Whenever we needed towels, the front desk would accommodate us. It was very family friendly and many families would bring food to the lobby to eat and hang out. The pool was always full but families seem to be happy and even BBQing outside. There are good food options nearby. The shower wasn’t great because it made noises and the pressure was low but it got the job done. They need new hair dryers. It only had low setting and there was barely any heat. We would most definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean but the air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a it was going to blow up. I told the front desk but nothing was done. We had to turn it off a night so we could sleep. Luckily we brought a fan. Then to top it all off the toilet didn’t flush. They should have moved us to another room but didn’t.
