Some rooms seem to have been rented out to homeless people.
There were also many dogs and it was unclean.
It all felt sketchy, j would not come back.

The chair in the room had grimy armrests and the top of the back of the chair was equally grimy. There appeared to be dried blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bathroom linens were very worn. The curtains were stained. Having said that, it is far, far better than the Comfort Inn in Chelsea. The surfaces appeared to have been cleaned.

Our stay was very short. We simply needed a shower and good sleep as we passed through. The bathtub clearly needed replacing. There was a large oval in the middle of the tub from a previous patch. That patch is giving way and has numerous rusty spots. It was not safe to stand on which made showing impossible. Additionally, the water only got to lukewarm at best. Bed was very firm and AC rattled all night. Awful stay.

The hotel was near downtown Chelsea and that made it easy to get to the purple rose theater. Our room was basic king room. Bathtub was rusty where you stand to take a shower. Maintenance had tried to patch it but there was a lot of rust coming through.

I paid more for the room then listed. We were supposed to have 2king size beds. There were 2 queen size. The bathroom needed a lot of updates. The hot breakfast was frozen waffles you could put in the toaster. The pool was cold. I would not stay there again.

Staff was great, breakfast was fantastic, everything was clean. The only issue I had was that the TV remote didn't seem to be working and I was too tired to tell anyone about it lol. But I would definitely stay here again

The staff was nice! One of the things I did not like was how the pool was presented, it was all dark in the pool area so I decided not to go in there. The room has a microwave and a fridge which was nice, but the bed and room itself needs an upgrade for sure. Overall I would say that the stay was a 6/10!

You get what you pay for. The whole hotel had a terrible (old musty) smell, our room was barely clean, there were obviously used wash cloths folded under the sink, bathtub moldy, bed was an old spring mattress, TV was about 20 years old. We opted out of the breakfast.

We were there to hit the local mountain biking trails and we enjoyed our one night stay at the Baymont.
Beds were confy, shower was hot, and room was clean.
The breakfast in my opinion is extremely inadequate. I would certainly stay ghere again.

Bathroom was dirty and when we went to shower to attend a wedding the shower did not work at all. No time to do anything g but get to the wedding. The next morning when checking out explained the shower issue and asked for a partial refund, only to be met with resistance that the shower was not functioning until I had them go to the room and see for themselves. Still was not able to do anything since the manager was not I. And of course the request for the manger to call never occurred. I am not interested in “thank you for your feedback we hope your next stay will be flawless” it empty words based on the condition and lack of concern to make it right. I will be staying up the highway three exits east next time!

Good service but not at all worth the price. A lot of rips in curtains and lamp shades, shower curtains as well as the facet not being stable in the wall. Dead flies in the bathroom. Just not worth the price we paid.
