All good except the door got jammed twice.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, couch was dirty and looked in bad shape, non smoking room smelled like ashes. The couch literally looked like it had ashes on it.

This was my third visit to this location. The morning cook is extremely friendly and very much exuded a customer service second to none

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Our room had a slight musty smell and when we reported it, they sent maintenance to power-wash the air conditioners in the room. That reduced the smell. What was a real plus is that the motel is on the corner of two streets with a lot of traffic, but the rooms were very quiet; couldn't even hear people in the rooms next to us. Breakfast was great and Rosi was very kind and attentive served up great food.

When I pulled not the place I thought, “oh no!”. The outside is a little dark, and I almost went somewhere else. But I was tired and thought I’ll stay one night. Then when I went to check the room I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean smelled good and I ended up staying 3 night nights. If in the area in the future I would definitely stay again. Oh and by the way breakfast….. much better than most, I’d give it a 4.9 out of 5.

We had a handicap room but the beds are too tall for a person in a wheel chair to get in
we had to move the mattress to the floor for the person in the wheel chair to sleep and it was not comfortable

It felt unsafe at night. There were unusual and suspicious guests that I never thought I would see staying there. One evening they were grilling food close to their vehicles and rooms. Probably because The hotel accommodation for grilling and picnic tables were occupied. But it was strange seeing them there. Another group of guests looked like DEA agents or some kind of law enforcement. They had sidearms on. And last but not least, a cleaning lady did not close our room door properly all the way. When we got back to our room from an errand, our door was half way into the door jamb. The tumbler did not enter its hole. We could push it open without the use of the room key.

The front desk was soooooo much help. My husband booked the room for our anniversary and night of gaming for just us, no kids. At first we couldn’t get the tvs switched or the internet figured out and they came and helped and answered any questions we had. I’ll definitely be recommending when family comes to town.

Ok so the hotel was decent from the outside I suppose but my room was so dirty and I asked MULTIPLE times as politely as possible for them to come in and clean it and they refused and instead of coming in themselves they handed me some sheets to change them myself.. and the tv remote didn’t work until 11pm when I arrived there after I persisted for them to fix it.. it just wasn’t a good experience at all I left covered in rashes and super upset!!! 😮💨😮💨
