We were in two rooms and there was a cleaning oversight in each. The first room had drinks left in the fridge. The second room had no cups and then no conditioner in the dispenser.

We love staying here it always feels like a home away from home.

Our stay was ok. We got there pretty late due to traffic. We went right to sleep and the heater in the room was loud and banging. It sounded broken and kept us an awake throughout the night.

Winston and Andrea are among the welcoming staff. My room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner good. Within 5 miles of the Danbury Mall.

The walls must be pretty thin as I could hear my neighbor coughing continuously for quite awhile the night of my stay. The door to the adjacent room was missing a handle on our side but I am not sure why.
Otherwise my stay was fine. The breakfast choices were varied. The store front had some incidentals. The parking was good.

A simple but clean, friendly, and well run hotel. Everyone knew their role and did it well. Easy checkin. and checkout. Breakfast was a bit limited but good enough. Free Parking.

Great new hotel with very spacious room and huge bathroom. Zero complaints about anything. A guy that seemed like a manager was super helpful and polite. I saw him instruct another employee that someone was waiting, showing the customer service expectation. Very well ran and great rooms. If I had to complain, the breakfast pastries were not great and burnt, and eggs had ham in them. It was only $13. I’d recommend the hotel!

Nice room - was supposed to be cleaned every other day. Didn’t happen. Had to find cleaning staff to get the room cleaned each time. All staff was very professional and courteous- restaurant was good. Overpriced but convenient in location.

We were disappointed with our stay at the Danbury Hilton. Are room was never cleaned, no fresh towels, plates left in our room with yesterday's breakfast and our bed was never made...... BTW... the AC unit was extremely loud, made it tough to sleep. We're planning to comeback in August to see my elderly parents and need find a new place to stay.

I have stayed at this property many times loved it because it is close to my mom but was disappointed in trying to talk to front desk to make reservations to ask questions they should know how many times I have stayed there I use to work at a Hilton property was very disappointed this time

Everything was great. Staff were all very professional, friendly, helpful and obviously took pride in their work. And the property looks great, even though it’s not quite finished. The food was excellent, especially the salmon. I have only one suggestion and that is to rethink the art pieces that are in the bedroom - assume all rooms have the same.

Absolutely amazing! Location is great, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everyone was so friendly! The hotel still had some construction for renovations that were going on but that did not disrupt my stay, even the construction workers were friendly and helpful lol The hotels and rooms were very clean. My room was newly renovated and was very comfortable for my 5 day stay. I will be back next time I am in Danbury.

We chose this hotel over others in the area for the pool (for the kids) and the pool was horrendously disgusting. The water was cloudy, the whole room smelled like a fish tank and therewas a green rim along the edge of the pool. So gross.
The room was great and clean. But I, unfortunately, wouldn't return.

Hotel is under renovation where most rooms and now been remodeled. Comfy beds.
We didn’t hear any construction noise at all
Room service must be requested which I did with no issue.
Hot breakfast was available as was continental for an additional charge.
I’d definitely stay there again

The only issue was there were no K- cups for coffee. Their big coffee pot in the morning was not good and not hot. We ended up at Starbucks- which is actually walking distance

Started poorly. Arrived 1am after long delays enroute. We were given a completely inadequate room which had a medicinal smell, peeling wallpaper and everything was old. However, when we complained the next day we were switched to a newly renovated room on the second floor which served our needs perfectly.

The staff are extremely friendly. The ambience of the hotel feels warm and like home. Love the food prepared by the kitchen too
