Was alright. Room clean. No eleavator, but luggage carts available.???? Taking our luggage upstairs was difficult. AND speaking of stairs, they were filthy Continental breakfast was not bad, had better. Would I stay again probably not.

It was very noisy all night long. Seemed like everyone moving around made a lot of noise.
The Wifi was nonexistent, worked for a couple minutes and then quit.
The cleaning staff started knocking on doors and calling out before 8.

The staff was fantastic, from the front desk employees to room services. Rooms were clean and comfortable We appreciated the location of the hotel which has easy access to the airport and other convenient facilities. We loved that Sierra Fitness is across the street with a reasonable drop in fee

The hot breakfast was great, the bed was comfy but could not figure out how to get the TV working with all the remotes LOL

When we got to our room, I had put my wallet away as we were going out to dinner ( hunny had his wallet)
I always test the tv first ( have had some unreliable) as I have chronic pain and don’t sleep. It didn’t work, even with help from the desk. We switched rooms then went to dinner.
When I went to leave in the morning I didn’t have my wallet. I then remembered I had an Apple air tag in my wallet. I turned it on a was led directly to my “missing” wallet.

Room keys didn’t work so we had to go back and get them redone. Bed sheets were dirty. Hallway rugs filthy. Arrived late and too tired to do anything about it except sleep on top of towels. Breakfast included was poor (seriously baked beans, no eggs, fresh fruit - a first for us) so we just left. Not sure where they get the 8.6 star average reviews proudly displayed on their front desk as nothing about the place warranted that. Our expectations were low considering we booked on short notice due to an accident delaying us three hours. Very disappointing!

It was clean and quiet. Staff were very accommodating.

Friendly service, good breakfast, clean rooms with white bed sheets and linens. We stopped here for the night on our way west. We only wanted a decent bed for the night but our experience was much better than that. We stayed again on our way back and our second stay was just as pleasant. And the rates were super competitive as well!

Fantastic value…super friendly staff…great breakfast in the morning. Visiting Jasper NP…certainly worth the extra drive for what we would have paid for a room in Jasper and Hinton. Definitely will stay again the next time we visit the area 👍

Hotel was very accommodating with my room request travelling with a senior. Rooms were quiet and comfy. Breakfast options were decent. By far the best value of all the hotels we stayed at on our vacation.

Staff were kind and knowledge. My biggest issues was the cleaning done in between guest. The walls curtains and light switches were very dirty and needed some attention and care.

Its an old hotel at a remote town. The carpets overall was really dirty because of the construction workers staying there. The outside is also full off dust. The dinning area is well maintained.

Nice to stay in here. Nice breakfast and nice people around. Floor sometimes muddy may be because of the hotel is occupied by construction crew.

Really nice staff, comfy bed, GREAT price. The staff are SUPER nice. I left my iPad in the room and they called me right away. That was really sweet. Room was decent. Unfortunately I had a noisy family beside me, but otherwise I am sure it would have been quiet.

The property was well-priced. It was dated but fairly clean.
My main complaint is the room air conditioning barely worked. I believe the staff are aware of it because they turned the thermostat to the lowest setting on the second day I was there. I didn't care much because they were not hot days.
The hotel staff seem to be aware of it because new air conditioner units were in the lobby waiting to be installed the day I left.
