The room was big and clean. The beds are very comfortable . Bathroom was tiny to the point that the toilet did not allow the door to open completely. And the breakfast consist of juice, coffee, and bread that was hard to the touch.

Towels wreaked of cigarettes, "smoke-free" room still smelled like cigarettes. Whole place smelled like cigarettes. Room wasn't cleaned between last guest and my stay. Dirty towels, trash in the cans, bed obviously slept in. Even a tip just sitting there. Never been so disgusted and disappointed anywhere

This is definitely a budget hotel. The condition left much to be desired. The towels were small and thin. The blinds were broken, but thankfully I could pull the curtain across to block out the glaring floodlight outside. The beds were poorly made upon arrival with the sheets untucked and the coverlet rumpled. The grout in the bathroom was crumbling and the building as a whole was in disrepair. I opted to not eat the breakfast which looked meager. The photos on line make it look livelier and more modern than it is in reality.

Heat wasn’t functioning. It turned on but had a bad burning smell. I turned it off and opened a window to clear the air. Luckily it was fall weather so didn’t really need the heat on quite yet otherwise that would have been bad. I notified the front desk of the situation next morning and they apologized and said they would fix m

Bathroom door wouldn’t close as the inside of it was swollen and damaged. Other than fresh towels the lack of cleanliness made you question if anything was cleaned. One of the pillow cases has stains on it. Pretty sketchy overall. Would not recommend staying there unless it was your only option and last resort. Stay at your own risk.

The sheets had stains on them. There were flies flying all over the room. Door was hard to shut. Television didn’t work at first had to have them fix it. Took 30 minutes or longer. Phone was sticky and nightstands as well. Would not recommend staying here.

Overall unsatisfied. Old chair and nasty ashtray by side door. Toast was the only served for breakfast. Room not very clean, sheets had stains. Unsafe parking lot we were approached by a man that didn’t speak English and he wouldn’t leave us alone. Will not be staying again nor recommending to anyone.

The carpet in my room was disgusting. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned in weeks. The breakfast was a joke.

The rooms furniture was relatively new. The wall AC unit had no way to adjust temperature. Tub spout had a screw where the knob should be to turn on the shower head, it pulled right out of the spout. Hair dryer plug is broken and not safe for use. Continental breakfast was bread and a couple packaged mini muffins.

The hotel is perfect for sleeping but the breakfast options were bad. No eggs, meats, no milk, no salt or pepper. Only toast and nothing for diabetics. We went across the street to Perkins

Awful. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The tub was cracked and dirty. The lobby was messy. Nothing looked like the posted photos. We did not stay and I wish I had taken photos to try to get my money back. The gal at the front was nice and apologetic, but the place was totally unacceptable.

The hotel is extremely old and in some disrepair. It had a weird smell in the room and didn’t seem entirely clean. There were stains on the sheets and in the shower, and the rugs are all very old and and have rips. The bedside light stopped working on the second night. There was no apple or cranberry juice in the juice maker and the vending machine for drinks did not take credit cards. This hotel also does not have an elevator, and the outside doors are not locked with key entry so security is not great. It was a fairly expensive stay for a hotel of this caliber. It looks to me like it needs an entire renovation.

First room had a blown outlet that the AC unit flugged into. Changed rooms. This one had bad wiring and most outlets didnt work. The piece that goes into the drain of the bathroom sink was broken and set next to it. The smell of paint from work being done next door was overpowering. This rooms AC was plugged into the other side due to the outlets not working next to it. The shower head had a leak on the side that shot water out. Tv kept going out because of wiring issues.

My husband, daughter and I stayed there because I got transferred for work and the lady that was there was very nice and helpful. The guys that came in after were not so helpful. Our blanket was ripped our hot water turned black and sand came out. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a couple times while visiting the college. Our room has always been clean, staff friendly and bed comfortable. Wish there were more a couple more pillows on the bed, overall a nice budget friendly place to stay.

The only thing I can say is the heater wasn't working right it kept coming on every 30 seconds so hopefully they get that working right besides that it was a pretty good room for the price stayed one night

The carpets in the entire property hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The king sized bed had a king sized poop smear in the sheets as well as bits of food. It clearly hadn't been cleaned at all from the last tenants. Would definitely not recommend.

Dirty room. Little bugs in the sink. Window was unlocked in first floor room. Heater/fan had all buttons broken, so had to use a remote control to turn it on. Bedspread was torn in multiple places. Curtain had multiple holes.
On postitive side ….. staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.

I had stayed here a couple months ago, and it was ok, especially for the price. This visit, though, was a bit disappointing. The bathtub had not been cleaned after last guest (shampoo residue all around the rim). The bathroom door did not close. The sheets were pilly. The comforter had visible stains and appeared to have been ripped and hand-sewn back together. The front desk staff was walking around the lobby barefoot. The whole experience was a little gross. On the positive side, it was fairly quiet.

the staff was friendly, there was no breakfast, the vending machines didn't offer water for purchase and the water fountain was closed/shut off at night.

We had some initial issues with our original room, but the staff member was very kind and quickly reacted to our situation giving us an upgraded room for the same price. Given her kind and professional manner, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The property is very fairly priced.

What can you expect for less than 100 a night. Room was super muggy. Bed was harder than a rock, the floors were dusty, breakfast well thats a different comment lets just say they only served bread, muffin and bananas. Nothing else. Also, this place was full of drug addicts and people partying all night long.
