Water literally poured into the room. Nasty old bathroom with rust, carpet torn up and everything damp smelling.

Hot tub didn’t bubble up, very underpowered.

4th Floor was shaking room 461 and 463. Had 2 rooms. Had water on table the whole bottle was shaking thru out the day. We have stayed here 3 times. Never was on this side of building. I do not know if it was the washes or dryer on floors below. the whole room was shaking

Rooms with poor maintenance. Unfriendly staff. Exercise room smelled horrible. Location good. Parking great. Did not try dining or pool.

This hotel use to be better. Rooms are dated and need better look for what they charge. First room they put me in had a very strong smell. Although they said it was cleaning products, I know it wasn't. Smells more likely to mold.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and pool bar. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and it all worked. There was a guest laundry, which we really appreciated. And of course, the chocolate chip cookies!! We would stay here again.

It has been many years since I had been to Key West but I knew that I did not want to stay right on Duval Street. This hotel was just a quick 10 minute ride to Duval but perfectly located. It is tucked away and when you turn in, it’s like you’ve entered a tropical paradise. From the second, we entered the hotel we were greeted with a great hello and all the information that we would need for our stay. And the warm cookies were a great treat after a seven hour car ride from North Florida. Our room had a nice sized patio that overlook the pool, which was a great added touch to our stay. The room was very nice, nothing above the ordinary, but very comfortable. We did dine at the restaurant for breakfast. One day, we chose the buffet and it was good , we also use the complementary shuttle down to Duval, which was very convenient. This was my friend’s first time staying in Key West and they were very happy with their stay. We had a great time and I truly recommend this resort.

Very busy and noisy, horrible elevators. The property was kept clean and the staff extremely helpful. I was lead to believe on the Expedia listing my room rate included breakfast and it did not. My last stay there it included breakfast. I could have had a better stay at Curry Mansion and included breakfast for $20.00 per day less and would have been much quieter and not dealt with horrible elevators

Air conditioning never worked correctly even after they looked at it. Place definitely has wear on it. Positive side staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a nice time. Location was good everything needed was nearby. Room was clean, staff was friendly. We will be back

Hotel was excellent. I really have no complaints. Yes the room decor and furnishing need to be updated but according to other reviews they are suppose to be doing that later this year. That is just a matter of design as everything was clean and comfortable. Room was as expected per the website. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to all of our activities and local restaurants. The hotel shuttle service was great. Pool was gorgeous. I had read other reviews regarding unclean and issues to the point I almost changed our reservations, I’m glad I did not. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The accommodations were fantastic.The entire place was clean and well kept. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean and we were able to get early check in.

Very convenient for everything we went there to do, great location, clean! We had to switch rooms throughout our stay but they made sure our room was ready way before check in time and moved our luggages to the new room!

Love the hotel! They even offer delicious freshly baked choco Chip cookies (sometimes oatmeal raisin…..which i missed 😞), 24/7 or til supply lasts.
