Surprisingly large room & a great layout with a huge desk for work.

It was so clean there and so nice. Even though there are dogs allowed there animals, it is very, very clean and the staff is so friendly. They help you in any way you need.It's so great there.I love it I will return

Right off Turnpike; off the main drag. Seems like part of the hotel was/is permanent housing for some. Parking fee was unexpected since there are empty buildings surrounding the hotel and plenty of parking. No other hotels in this area charge for parkikg .

We were in town for my son's lacrosse tournament. The hotel was clean, rooms were very spacious with nice kitchen area. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus in our books! Lots of restaurants on the street where the hotel is located. Starbucks nearby was a perk!

We were very disappointed that the sofa bed was not made up and there were no sheets in the room. We finally got some delivered and had to make up the bed ourselves. Initially they said they didn’t have any pillows for us (!?) but then they did bring one by. Otherwise the staff were great and the place was clean and well maintained. Could improve their coffee though!

The beds are comfortable. Use ear plugs to block sound. The HVAC unit was loud but with ear plugs, I heard nothing. Their breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping needs to do better.

It was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place. Will definitely go back there. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservation was for a queen bed but they gave me a standard size instead. Other than that it was great.

I travel a lot and this property was definitely one of the best I have stayed at. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The gym had a nice mix of cardio and weight equipment. The breakfast was tasty with good options, even the coffee was good. There is a Target, Starbucks and dining options close by! Even a basketball hoop for the kids. The assistant manager was exceptional. I requested a late check out and there was no issue getting it as a valued Bonvay member! This hotel is definitely our go to for now on!

I appreciate Katie, the lady at the front desk. She is a girl's girl. She looked out for me knowing that i was a woman and checking in alone. She made sure she gave me a room where i'll feel comfortable and safe. Give her a raise!! Thank you Katie. ( She was the one working that evening when i checked in on 03/14/24!

Was in town for a hockey tournament, called prior to booking a “one bedroom suite” that slept “three!” So I called to make sure the couch was a pull out bed so my son could get a good night sleep. I was promised that it was and came to find out that it wasn’t. Was highly disappointed. The staff should all be on the same page! So my boy slept on a firm coach with not much room. All we got is all the rooms are full and we are sorry. I guess my definition of “hospitality” is different then there’s!

The room was amazing for what we paid. We liked it so much we are going to book a longer stay for our daughter's wedding in the fall. We are also going to suggest the older family members who attend the wedding stay there as well. Allowing the younger folks to stay at another location close to the Country Club.

I'm giving a 2 star overall rating because i had quite a few issues my 4 nights i stayed. Starting with the parking fee. I've never had to pay a fee just to park my car at a hotel before including this one (which I've stayed at a few times before) So i never thought to check for a parking fee while booking and under Popular amenities it only says Parking available. I was unaware of the parking fee till i arrived at the hotel. Room was clean other then a live cockroach in the kitchen sink. Tv only had about 20 channels that played the same thing almost everyday and the climate control took an hour or more to reach temp if changed. My last night at 1am room service was in and out of the room beside me and was slamming the door repeatedly with the deadbolt engaged to keep it from shutting fully while they went in and out for over an hour at least. At 10am someone woke me up knocking and before i could get up to answer they unlocked and opened my door catching the security latch and only said "Check out" then left. Check out was noon. And my room keys were disabled before i checked out so i couldn't get back in my room when i got back with the luggage cart and I wasn't late checking out.

Everything was great. Handicap parking needs to be closer to entrance

they cancelled my reservation but called the neighbouring hotel and asked us to go there and get the room. This is very inconvenient for us in the late night.

The tub of the shower was pretty dirty. The body wash was completely empty. There was something wrong with the door that made it difficult to open and close. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed the gym.
