The hotel property as such is quite nice and appears recently renovated. Somewhat awkward placement of the lobby on the 2nd floor. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. Absolutely disgusting dinner buffet that was supposed to be street food themed but which was so bad we would not eat it.

Very Good breakfast with lots of option. Rooms ok. Check in can be improved. Needed to fill in paper with same information as done when booking the hotel. Also needed to reserv time for breakfast.

Overall experience was lower than i wouls expect from the 3 star hotel in this price range. Positive things: Friendly staff Good location Good air conditioning No noise from busy street outside Good well functioning bathroom Negative things No water boiler in the room. Well i think €140/night hotel should have it. Most 3 star hotels do. Hdmi connector in the wall is very convenient feature. But it did not work.i had to sqeeze behind the tv and connect my laptop directly to the tv. Glasses for water were not clean. Remote control was use by greasy hand and was not cleaned by cleaning staff.

Hotel was nice, located just in the city center. Room was not very well cleaned, but staff was ready to move me into another room which was much better.

Good location right in the centre of the city. Breakfast is until 10 am only and on weekends we feel it should be until 11am, so we did not make it. Our room was very noisy due to some air flow issue and we had to argue to get another room which at the end we did get. Staff was average helpful and Hotel is of decent level but nothing to comfy...

The hotel charged way too much for the size of the room. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was really good. The room was small and lacked any appeal and $455 for two nights was way too much.

The hotel is very well located for the sites of downtown Turku, including the Cathedral, and walking along the Aura River. If you have a car, the parking is very convenient, just a different floor of the same elevator that will take you to your room. My only problem with the hotel is that the rooms are very tiny. If you are there on your own, it's manageable, but if you put two people into the double room, there is really nowhere much for anything more than an overnight bag -- not the type of suitcase you'd have for say a 7-10 trip overseas.

Very happy with the reception, but everything else was standard or below, including the breakfast and the lack of hot water and coffee at the room. Had a good view on the street though, and the room was very quiet.

Receptionist was not very helpful when there was a mistake in the billing and I requested to have it changed.

Near to all amenities. Buses restaurants and shops. Supermarket underneath hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that I got charged 20 euros a night because my son was 14 and not classed as a child.

Nice Family hotel. Excellent breakfast. Ideal staring point for a visit.

This hotel was FABULOUS! It was close to everything, we just walked to get around and used the bus. The hotel was modern, clean and had air conditioning. WE LOVED IT!

Overall it's a good hotel to stay. The breakfast was good
