Stayed in room 004 and even though i had noticed the steps into the garden with the tree, i forgot and fell and almost took the big christmas tree with me in the fall but it saved me. I suggest you mark out the bottom steep that is wider so you see clearly there is still one step down left.

Frequent guest and despite we got a room ( 124 ) with no fresh air, only aircon directly in your head, window to a patio noisy restaurant, but even worse ventilation from the kitchen equipment from 0500 to 2300..sounded like a big plane on the sky all night...we basically did not sleep for 2 nights...bar service in lounge is arrogant, not busy, but busy enought not to service or clean up..you wait in the bar, order , wait loo g and take your drink...and every order is handled by 1 person, despite the reception staff stand next to and only go to the bar to make coffee to themselves... and untill 4.pm, you cannot get charged to your room...we have stayed many times, never again...and we told staff before we left..

Lovely staff, big room, comfy bed. Buzzy bar and lounge. Perfect location. Good price. Loved Copenhagen.

Very nice hotel-good standard on both room and esting.Location perfect for walking to Ströget but also in Nyhavn.

You’ll find better value somewhere else. Perfect location but getting run down and many rooms are super noisy.

Our view was of the wall of the building next door, the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, even though we used the directions on the wall, and the 5 pillows were floppy and just in the way. They should be replaced with just 2 good ones.

We stayed here for our final night in Copenhagen. The hotel is great with a lively restaurant connected to it. Very close and walkable to the Nyhavn waterfront cafes and other Copenhagen sites. Would definitely stay here again.
