It was a quick one night stay but the front desk employee was excellent. Very quick check in!

Room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was great hot healthy and plentiful. The lady hosting breakfast was extremely friendly.

I asked for a regular room and they gave me a handicapped room and it didn't have any space in the bathroom to put our toiletries. The room and bathroom was dated and kind of depressing.

This property could use a freshening up. It’s a little worn. Also, an afternoon desk clerk who acts like she cares about her customers and doesn’t yawn during the check in process.
The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly and warm towards customers. Put the young desk clerk with her to watch how to treat a guest.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The snacks in the evening were great- kids loved the hot chocolate! Breakfast was wonderful and they have a very nice and helpful host at breakfast. I believe her name was Tonya. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. I have no complaints.

Co s: Needs some cosmetic touch-up. Bed mattress too firm for me. Hot tub water got cold. No towels in the pool area and had to go to desk and ask for towels. We were told to put the sign on the door by 10 am to have towels replaced. They never were replaced and we had to ask for more towels to be brought up.
Pros: clean, friendly, breakfast attendant was awesome.

We liked that as soon as we walked in they were making popcorn and fresh baked cookies from 6-8pm for guests!!! Definitely picked the right hotel.
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, hot tub and pool were very nice and breakfast was very good and filling.

Entered to check in desk. Desk clerk was on the phone. She was helping an indecisive phone customer try to make a reservation. Two other inprocessing guests joined the queue line behind me. We waited, standing in line, for at least 10 minutes before she got off the phone. No apologies. No ‘yes sirs’, ‘no sirs’, ‘thank yous’. Overall, a very rude, tiring check-in.

This hotel is really great for construction workers but that’s about it. The bedding and towels are old and very worn. The shower curtain was ripped. Not some place I would normally stay at. The room was clean but smelled like cigarettes.

We have stayed repeatedly at this hotel in our return frim Florida to Michigan. Last year we were same area but another hotel. This most recent stay reminded me why. The hotel needs updating. Showers are in bad shape, the bath sink didn't drain properly and the carpet is very old and dirty. Lots of construction workers occupy the hotel and must get a good rate to keep it operating.

Checking is was great, quick and easy! We had a first floor room which was very nice! The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed is comfortable (we had a king bed room) the air conditioning worked great! The room space was nice, big and roomy! The hotel is right off the highway and there’s several restaurants and gas stations right by the hotel. This was a one night stay during our travels to Gatlinburg TN. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
