The ride from the airport was great, good service, short & sweet time wise. The building is under construction upstairs & they politely let us know on all the info & after checking in, so no problem. The breakfast buffet is always incredible, you won’t find a better choice or anything close to this price.

Great location next to airpprt

We stayed here because it was closed to the airport as my husband was in and accident and broke his foot and we need to fly out in a few days. I will tell you it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is curtious, helpful and welcoming. The best part of this hotel is they have a clinic within the hotel. We had a nurse (Jess) our first night come to our room to help change and clean my husbands bangles. She was very gentle and caring. She recommended we go to the hospital the next day. When we got there the only way they would see him would be to admit him overnight. We decided not to do that and went back to the hotel where I spoke with another clinic nurse Jonnah and she got in touch with a doctor via video call. He prescribed antibiotics and prednisone for swelling. I went across to airport pharmacy and got antibiotics but they were out of prednisone. I went back to hotel clinic and Jonnah called Jess and she picked up meds for us on her way in to work. I cannot say enough about these two nurses who provided us with the best care and services. We feel blessed this hotel had a clinic and provided us with wonderful staff to help us through this unfortunate situation. When in Cebu, I would not stay anywhere else!!!! Waterfront Airport Hotel has the staff to really take care of you!!!

Overall not good enough for the declared classification. Room was smelling of mould (probably because of the carpeting), also the shower was outdated with old equipment and bad water pressure. The room was not vacuumed durin our stay - we noticed it due to biscuit crumbles on the floor for 3 days… Good: friendly and helpful staff, free parking is nice, food is good, over average but not top class. Although in front of the airport, vey well sound isolated, we didn’t hear a single airplane lift of during our stay. Also, air on is very well cooling.

My second stay at airport waterfront. Very convenient to the airport only steps away. Staff is always great, food is good, although avoid the eggs Benedict, the muffin they use is a tasteless bun. The salmon is very good. The room is spacious, bed comfortable and Wi-Fi is good.

The pool, room and buffet were great.

It’s close to the airport and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I never seen any of them cranky always pleasant. I highly recommend it.

It was just very easy to stay there after our flight, just a quick walk to get there, and very easy check-in. Everything was very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Everyone was friendly.

First impression nice lobby and front desk staff and the rest was not good Carpenter floors in the room and hallways very bad musty smell and stains,. Aircon was on High we woke up sweating 🙁, no premium TV channels.the food was sad over all the only reason to stay at waterfront mactan is if you have a early morning flight!!

We have stayed here 5 times, it is wonderfully convenient across from the airport. We love the pool area and the nice breakfast buffet. Staff are always so friendly. Service can be slow and the building is tired. Sometimes the rooms are overpriced, guessing due to the location. We will continue to come back due to convenience, cleanliness and pool.

Amazing value. 2nd time at Waterfront, buffet had incredible selection, staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Non smoking casino on site, free shuttle to airport. Highly recommend and will be staying here for every trip in Cebu. Thanks Waterfront hotel!

Waterfront is convenient if you are flying out of Cebu since it is right next to the airport and they offer complimentary shuttle. Breakfast buffet is nice. The hotel is a little older and probably needs some minor renovations. It is quiet, and the staff are very nice

Very close to the airport, free shuttle. Over priced, we went to the restaurant for dinner and opted to order off the menu, we had a salad, sandwich and soup, they said it would take an 30mina to an hour, it was very empty. Soup was terrible. Shower reached up to my husband's shoulders, he's 6'2. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We paid $80 USD so I just feel it's.over priced Staff were great!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was defective, so I had to call housekeeping in the middle of the night for an electric fan to help cool the room." Aim for excellence!

The air conditioning wasn't effective due to the heat outside. I needed to request a fan to help cool the room. I wasn't able to fall asleep until the fan was brought to my room. The Waterfront was excellent for ensuring you could get to the airport at the right time and not get stuck in traffic.

I’m sure it was a nice place 30 years ago. A/C almost useless. Maintenance very poor quality. Staff do their best.
