We were there for a hockey tournament and were told we couldn’t bring our hockey sticks in the hotel. I am not leaving a $300 stick in the car overnight for someone to steal it. This is not ok. I get that things happen but this is bad service.

Nothing special but also quite clean and in good shape and seemed like a good value for the price. I had to wait a minute to be checked in because the front desk person was a little slow to help me but she was otherwise nice and gave me a couple of good dinner recommendations when I asked. My only complaint is that the bed was quite hard (par for the course for this type of place, so not really unexpected). The place is easy to get to, convenient to food, gas and the lije.

The room was great. Cookies at the front desk at check in was a plus. Breakfast staff was polite. Kudos to the front desk staff, check in was quick and easy. We will stay here again the next time we're in Albert Lea.

The bathroom floors have tiles that have ingrained dirt in the. Needs a serious bleaching/scrubbing. Not just a once over mop. Don’t get white tiles if you don’t plan on cleaning properly. Juice machine was out of apple, milk machine not working. Bed was comfortable and staff was really nice.

Our check in was seamless. Got to our room and discovered the room had not been cleaned. Returned to the front desk and the staff member upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience. Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable! Overall a great stay! Wanted to get on the road early so skipped breakfast. It smelled good though.

The accommodations were superior compared to some other hotels. The front desk was awesome and courteous. The only downfall was the pool was closed because kids dumped soap in the pool and hot tub. Parents need to discipline their children for their actions.

Request connecting or adjacent rooms when reserving. When we checked in our rooms were on different floors. I asked why and was told they were all booked up for a wedding & ball games. This was a Wednesday in September. When asked if there was anyway we could at least be on the same floor, the desk clerk said she would cancel our reservation. We took the rooms but it made it difficult for us as one of the guest was handicapped. The clerk was very short with us & never tried to help. Also did not make a very good impression with her orange hair.

Cookies always are a nice touch when checking in late evening. Room was large, quiet, and clean. Appreciate the Radisson toiletries. Would be nice to have “to go” cups for coffee at the breakfast location.

Booked through Travelocity. When booking I picked 2 adults and 2 pets. This was not related to the hotel per the front desk person. $30 pet cleaning fee is reasonable. 1st room AC was broken. 2nd room AC sounded like a very loud cricket all night. The toilet stopped up the following morning. When you check in is when they MAKE you sign a pet policy stating you are responsible to pay for another guests room if they complain about your pet. NOT Pet Friendly imo! So if someone knows this policy they can get a free room. I have searched the website and found nothing on this policy.

We loved that this hotel offered an outdoor fireplace where guests could relax in the evening. I was also very pleased with the variety of hot and cold breakfast selections. The real dinnerware was a nice touch! Our room was nice and clean as well. Overall a great stay!

We stay every month and normally it’s always a pleasant stay but this time it was terrible. Boys baseball tournament and e boys running up and down halls, knocking on peoples doors, very disrespectful. Couldn’t enjoy pool or hot tub as the parents didn’t do anything to control the kids. Hotel didn’t do anything either. Not the only one complaining. Won’t be staying there next month

Love that they limited pets to the first floor. This gave me a pet free option. Prior experience with motels that allowed for pets in all rooms is that the carpets are disgustingly dirty. I won’t stay in these motels
