On edge of town centre so easy to walk to shops, cinema etc. Easy to get to 02 Arena/ north Greenwich by bus. Hotel good. By road so convenient but some traffic noise. Couldn't see heating or air con controls so not sure about heating system but overall good stay. Didn't eat there.

A decent hotel with spacious rooms and a comfy bed.
Frustratingly the air con kept switching off so I had to leave the window open - the traffic and stormy weather kept me up all night.
The TV has limited channels and although it was working fine in the evening, it kept going on standby in the morning.

We did not feel very welcome at the check-in, hence the experience was not the best. They have an unusual check-in procedure, demanding photo ID of UK citizens.

Excellent staff who were only to happy to help. Decent food in the restaurant too actually, although there are a range of options nearby. I'd recommend the steak!
Rooms were clean and cool, although there was a boarded up cupboard where the fridge should have been sadly. The only thing missing.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The front of house staff were exceptional, welcoming to our kids, even offered us free water, as we had a long journey back. The breakfast choice could not be complained about either. Buffet style catering for both an English Breakfast and continental as well as nice cereals/fruit/granola. We were only there for one night however we would stay there again.

Good Value for Money. Rooms were clean with coffee and tea available. Lots of amenities within walking distance, good location.

Very central location. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Our hotel room on the LG floor, with courtyard view was very quiet and comfortable.
The bathroom was clean but could perhaps benefit from updating.

We had a quick overnight stay. The staff at reception were great, welcoming and got us a room super quick so we could have a quick refresh and head straight out.

Overall a good hotel.
Parking is slightly expensive.
Location is great.
Condition of the room is good but they could make some improvements (toilet seat was chipped, toilet flush was slow and not flushing properly, shower was super noisy and the glass panel was a bit flimsy which made it a hazard).
Restaurant/bar is expensive (fish & chips £19+ is an exaggeration).

Having a reason to visit the Bexleyheath area quite often, I am spending quite a bit of time at the Delta. While the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are a little dated, they are clean and comfortable. Located close to the A2 makes getting around easy. Being just a short walk to Bexleyheath Broadway gives easy access to shopping and eating. The staff, front desk and bar, are wonderful and make even longer stays pleasant. Great value for money.

Overall my stay was pleasant but when you pay for one of their best rooms you don't expect it to be so tired. I've stayed here several times and it's always been high quality but the shabby rooms and mouldy shower tiles are a let down. In addition they have a dedicated section of the car park, but when you cross from the car park to the hotel, the journey through the passageways (which only goes to the hotel) stinks of wee and is full of rubbish and needles. I appreciate the car park is not theirs but as it's a dedicated walk way they should be clearing so as not to put off guests. Definitely this hotel is slipping standards and it won't be long before they are chasing guests.

We booked for one night, Christmas night, as the hotel is near our son. Staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The room was lovely and warm and clean and comfortable. Topped off with free parking!

Stayed one night for a family programme, room was very spacious for the both of us. The gym was great and accessible. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside was the heating system in the room was faulty however the staff offered us x2 portable heaters and also the breakfast was a little pricey but overall I would stay again.

The room size was beyond my expectations, but the bathroom (shower mainly) wasn’t the cleanest and it had a weird cigarette smell throughout.
We had just gotten married so they provided complimentary breakfast which was nice - the breakfast was extremely tasty and the area was picturesque.
