Ok hotel for a short stay. Helpfull and friendly staff. Good parking. Room is basic.

Excellent front desk service. We had a lot of questions and needs, and the staff were cheerful and attentive. The bathtub was situated very high off the ground, so people with even slightly reduced mobility (Im 50 and in good shape, and I had to take very good care to not fall when getting out) should maybe ask for another configuration, even if its not normally your practice. Parking was close to the hotel, easy and free. Plentiful hot water for the shower. This hotel is good for being close to the motorway if you are planning trips to Tarragona and Barcelona, but the area is somewhat undesirable for taking walks or enjoying the city. I found it to be functional for our needs, as we needed easy food and access to the sports pavilion, but I wouldnt stay here for a getaway. Nonetheless, I think it is a good hotel overall and enjoyed my stay.

On a busy main road with a lot of road noise not the best of areas

I spent two nights in this hotel, because the first stay (1-2 Sept) was OK. (second stay 11-12 Sept.) Quiet, clean rooms and the young staff was very helpful. Though Maria's English (11-12 Sept) was not as good as that of her male colleague before, she really appreciated my trying to speak poor Spanish and reasonable French. She was very helpful in arranging a taxi, getting a flight ticket and loading my tablet and smartphone. There was a password-problem with Wi-Fi at that moment. At my first stay, the lift cage floor was not level with the storey floot at the stops, which made me stumble. I reported the problem. 10 days later it was not solved yet. Dangerous! Only serious critisism. Rest OK.
