The cost to stay at this hotel is beyond considering the conditions. Our room had nonstop ants on the tile sections, a large spider in the bed and cleanliness overall was not up to standard. The floors didn’t feel or look clean. The pool was ok, not many chairs and the pool deck floor was not well taken care of. The pooled water was brownish and again, the floor was quite dirty. The pool water was pretty murky as well. Finally, the breakfast was lacking significantly. I went down at 7AM, an hour after opening and there was hardly anything left in the form of eggs, hasbrowns & bread. Utensils were not restocked. Charging over 300 dollars to stay here is highway robbery.

Thanks for having a continental breakfast! My kids loved the pool and waterslide! The facility was a bit older, but we made due. We really enjoyed visiting badlands and the dinosaur museum.

Convenient location. Water slide was a big hit. Seemed a bit short staffed in the evening- only one person who had to go back and forth from the pool and the front desk. Had to wait a bit to check in because no one was there and they couldn’t find our reservation because of the way my name was entered on Expedia or something. It’s nice that there are outside doors to your hotel room that you can park by, but it’s annoying to have to go inside through the main lobby first to unlock the door- for some reason you can’t use your key.

Everything was nice except for the floors. It needs a carpet cleaning for the hallway and also for the room.

The door to the bathroom was nearly impossible to open or close. The bottles of soap and shampoo were empty. There were no clean towels at the pool. Not worth the price.

Location was good. But the overall property could use some updating and needs some maintenance improvements. Our room as very musty smelling when we arrived. We were able to open the window to air it out as the air conditioning unit was the main cause of the smell. The carpets throughout the room and hotel could use a replacement, as they too had a musty smell to them.

I have stayed here for many years and always enjoy it. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I have been to a lot of hotels but never have I experienced waking up with bites ALL over my legs!!!! If I could share photos I would, but I’m guessing I have at least 100 bites on my body. I’m not even exaggerating. I have no idea what kind of bites these are but they are super itchy. Bed bugs??? Luckily my kids and husband were not affected. From the outside, the hotel looks nice but inside, the rooms are old and needs to be updated. The bathroom sink was clogged. For $300 a night, I would expect much better!!! The only thing that was decent was the breakfast but it was so crowded and there is not enough tables and chairs. Our friends didn’t even get a chance to eat breakfast because there was no room so they grabbed yogurt and sat in the lobby. We only booked for one night and I wish we stayed somewhere else. Do NOT stay here!!

Pleasant stay on our road trip, easy to get to the museum and hiking trails.

We paid for a kitchenette as we wanted to cook some meals instead of eating out every meal. The stove didn’t work, so we paid for the upgrade and that was the only difference between other rooms. The pool area never had towels and was always so dirty. The one good thing was Barb at the breakfast. She was trying her best while being short staffed. We appreciated her. She was doing a good job and was super friendly.

Room was not cleaned when we checked in and little was done to fix it. Not vacuumed, no toiletries (no soap even), toothpaste on the mirror, dirty towels, bathroom door handle was broken and door was wedged so tight, hard to open and close, was also super loud. Main door didn’t close automatically (safety issue?), only scraps left at breakfast each day, 8 am and 9 am (breakfast ran from 7-10), pool water extremely murky and the floor was dirty. Was extremely dissatisfied for a room that cost $230 a night.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly. Grandson enjoyed the pool.

Had a room with an interior and exterior door which made unloading and loading super easy. Handy proximity to nearby amenities and restaurants. Good quality breakfast.

The staff at the morning breakfast was lovely. Always smiling, kind and quick to fill requests (if coffee was low etc).

Good breakfast close to restaurants and quiet well sound proofed rooms. Small issue with toilet . Full kitchen next time will bring groceries and cook in the room.

Tow guys working in the dining area were too slow amd have NO knowledge of what they were doing. NO food to eat at 8.30am. All the dishes were EMPTY. Some People left the area. When I complained to a manager called Jennifer, she said it will take time to prepare food.but people were in lineup for food . I was there for 1 hour to get food, but no food for us. One guy was cleaning the tables with out gloves, after requested by a person and again touched the food same time with out washing hands. Same guys were washing dishes by hand. I had to ask for plates, cutlery, milk for coffee. They do not take time to prepare. No one was filling them. Manager was denying saying it is NOT their fault. She needs to put her ego down and apologize for the inconvenience cauzed by them. Please have more TRAINED people to work and have extra food prepared according to the bookings. Very UNORGANIZED. Guests do not have to remind them to fill food, clean tables. ALL the food warmers and bakery stuff were EMPTY. VERY BAD SERVICE in DINING room and by the manager named JENNIFER. Please learn some customer service.
