We finally were able to get a night away without children. Brittany at the front desk was so sweet! The room was wonderful. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants. Easy access to 77. The overall stay was just wonderful. We highly recommend and will return.

Booked specifically for pool but this was under reno apparently which would have been nice to know…friendly staff, comfy bed, and conveniently located to all the things. Bring a noise machine…thin doors let you hear everything happening in the halls.

I had a wonderful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and was impressed that the shower was hot each time. The front desk staff especially during the check out was very pleasant and Orlando made sure I did not have any concerns or issues with our stay. I will definitely be back!

The person who checked us in was nice. The room was acceptable. Then the smoke detector low battery went off at 3 am multiple times. I found the phone to call the front desk, it was disconnected. I used my cell phone to call the front desk. The woman said her monitor showed no fire. She told me to disconnect the battery from the smoke detector and someone would come in the morning to fix it. She said the phones were being updated and some of them were not working. I expressed more concern for safety, and she did not seem to be able to help at all. Needless to say I was unable to sleep the rest of the night because I was so mad and concerned. Upon checkout, there was no one at the front desk. Just a bowl to put your key in.

The staff was super amazing and welcoming in every way. Room was spacious but definitely needs some updates and minor repairs. I’m not sure if it was the A/C unit or the cars parked outside that was super loud all night and morning long.
Other than that for a one night stay, i guess I can’t comodín too much.

The staff was very helpful and the front desk was especially helpful upon arrival. One particular staff member I believe went over and beyond to make us feel at home and welcomed. Annie at the front desk took good care of us and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoying. Thank you Annie for making us feel welcomed.

They stay was ok we booked this hotel because of the pool after we check in we’re told the pool was out of order and wouldn’t be in working order until September. Worker said the owner didn’t want to buy the part for the pool just yet. The chair in the room had crumbled up granola bars all in it. We needed plug ins for two bi-pap machines and the plug ins was so worn out they would barely hold the plugs for the machines. Staff was very nice just the place wasn’t up to marriotts standards.

Hotel staff was friendly, bed was uncomfortable and we were super disappointed that we specifically chose a hotel with a pool for our children only to check in and find out after seeing a sign on the door that the pool was out of order. We even mentioned to the clerk while checking in that we brought our kids to relax and swim and she didn't say a word about the pool being closed.

I was in town for an outdoor tournament and was looking forward to relaxing in the pool after the long hot days outside but when I arrived at the hotel I discovered that the pool was out of service. There wasn’t any indication of this when I booked the hotel otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed there. The ice machine was also broken on my floor and I had to go to another floor to get ice. Never again!

We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping only cleaned room once after we were told they clean rooms every other day. We asked them to clean the room twice and they never came. Rooms have old fashion coffee makers no microwaves and they charge you money per day for the bistro in the hotel. After complaining they informed that it will be reimbursed if not used. Staff not the friendliest. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Rooms were clean and staff was super accommodating when our room for the first night of our stay was right next to the kitchen and very loud when breakfast was set up. They didn't hesitate to move our room ASAP so we had a better night sleep our second night!

We checked on on a Friday night. Pool and phones were down for maintenance. Pillows were horrible. Couldn’t figure out how turn down air conditioning so we froze. No coffee, no breakfast. Tub fixtures were all loose. One tiny bar of soap for two people. Just chintzy.

The staff are absolutely wonderful!! The beds are comfortable and it’s an ok place to stay for a few days. There is a distinct smell though of past cigarette smokers which lingers. And the cafe was only open for a few hours in the morning.

Website says restaurant and bar onsite, limited breakfast items from 6-10 Limited dinner menu from 5-10. Bar menu states cocktails but only beer and wine weee available. The indoor pool was closed. There is a channel selection card but no guide on the TV so you have to scroll through the channels to find anything you want to watch. We stayed 5 days, got coffee at the hotel and they were out of half and half creamer every day.
This was our first time staying at a Marriott and we based our decision on it having the restaurant and bar so were somewhat disappointed.

Location was great for our visiting friends. Hotel was beautiful. The bistro was closed most of the time so not able to enjoy its benefits and food. Had to eat at near by restaurants of which are many good ones. Staff were wonderful and so helpful. To have fresh bottled water in our room each day would have been nice. Recommend this place for your stay in Huntersville.

Website claims to have a Bistro with breakfast, but many of the items on the print menu and menu in Bistro are no longer offered. On site bistro was the main reason I chose this hotel over others and it was not as advertised.
Bathroom was oddly small, with low ceiling and no fan in the bathroom. Minimalist room and not very large for a 2 queen bedroom. A/c was ineffective; did not cool room. Outdoor seating area was unlit and not kept tidy. Not inviting to sit outside. Fire pit not lit.
Overall not worth the price.

Staff were very nice and facility was pretty clean. But, even though we were there two nights, when we came home last the second night pretty late, no one had cleaned our room at all. We had no dry towels and were out of toilet paper and tissues almost gone so my husband had to go find someone to get those items at midnight when we were very tired. The room was also very damp feeling which made it slightly uncomfortable even though AC was on. Pool was out of service and so was the ice machine on our floor. Wasn't a horrible stay by any means but I've stayed at other Marriott properties that were a little nicer.

Our room was lovely although we did initially have a hiccup when we checked in as our shower door would not slide open. They promptly moved us to another room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The best part of our stay was the food we ordered from the Bistro. It was amazing (and I’m super picky with food). So my compliments to the chef!
