Wonderful location. The front desk staff were awesome, personable and welcoming.

Got one of the most expensive room, had to change room as it had fallen baseboard, fallen light fixture, bandaid on trims, painters tape still hanging from beams. We changed room and on our last day, we had valuables stolen from our bedroom while at the beach and the way the director handled our complaint was insulting and despicable.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She called around and found a local restaurant that took our group of six and made a last minute reservation. The restaurant turned out to be good. The bartender helped us with moving the luggage front the front desk to the elevator. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s definitely not your typical Best Western hotel. This is truly a four star hotel. The location, the room and the amenities are great. What makes this place even more special is the amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. The ladies at the front desk (Maida and Ukrika) were true service professionals eager to help make our stay special. The helped us with information about the area, restaurants, shopping and local transportation. They definitely saved our day by recommending us to take the boat to St. Tropez for the day instead of being stuck in traffic for ours in our car. I highly recommend this place and I would recommend you to book an ocean view room if you can.

Clean room and the interior is so chic.Spacious restaurant, plenty of good selection. Ms. Maida at the reception has been very informative in how to go around the area. She’s been very friendly and kind as well as all the staffs. Overall, it’s been a good experience and will definitely come back on summer.

Our trip to this area was to be spent primarily in St. Tropez, and we were disappointed at having to stay outside of St. Tropez. However, it didn't take long for us to realize how lucky we were to have stayed in Ste-Maxime, and at Montfleuri specifically, after all. Aside from the fact that it took us 30-40 minutes to travel each way (15 KM), St. Tropez was beautiful but very congested and heavily populated. We ended up spending more time in Ramatouelle (Pampelonne beach) than St. Tropez itself. But Ste-Maxime was a smaller, less overrun version of St. Tropez, and Montfleuri was delightfully quiet. We were steps from the water and a magnificent view of the Gulf of St. Tropez, but we also had a quiet pool to sit by when we needed to relax. Breakfast was delicious (also it was the only place in town that served a North American sized coffee!), and we ate at the restaurant twice. We got to know a few of the staff by name, and they were all very kind, warm and eager to ensure we were enjoying every aspect of our stay. The room was pretty small, but clean, and it had a small balcony with a view of the gulf. All in all, if we ever decide to come back to this part of the Riviera, we will definitely stay again at Montfleuri.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff… just the room is too small…

I was rather disappointed with the hotel. I called around noon whether they have rooms available for an immediate check-in. The receptionist confirmed they had one room with sea view and one without for immediate check-in. I informed her that I would make a reservation via hotels.com which she was fine with. After we arrived the receptionist told us that only superior room with sea view was ready but we booked a classic room which was not ready. She never mentioned this before on the phone. So I proposed that I pay the difference between classic and superior which was 2 EUR on hotels.com. Anyway she wanted to charge me 12 EUR for the upgrade. On top of that she was rude and unhelpful.The restaurant in average - only open for dinner and breakfast. They do not have the menu in English ... just French! Not all the stuff spoke English and the service was unbelievably slow.The room was so so but there was an unbeareable stink in the bathroom. The furnishig is a bit worn.The only thing that that was really good was the sea view.

Great hotel with great location and breakfast and friendly staff.

This hotel is perfectly positioned a short walk away from the hustle and bustle so is nice and peaceful. The reception staff are lovely. The rooms are clean and well decorated, however, are small. The communal areas are also well kept and lovely.
