Overall the hotel was good, only thing i didn't like was the check in time, which was at 4pm, the other thing was there is paper in the room that gives the check in time and check out time, says 3pm to 12pm and breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30...its not. 6:30 to 8:30. Other than that it was good.

Everything was great.. my only complaint is they do not allow any music or drinks or snacks by the table around the pool. We on vacation and this is the for us.. we always enjoy the pool area as long as nobody is to loud. But it was not a bad place for the money.

False advertisement said they had TV and internet and they did not have either then didn't want to give me back my refund the manager said she had her hand tied you can take a chance better check the internet and TV

Good location.

I woken up at 8am by a worker ponding on the concert and then playing load music. I was trying to go to a nice place and relax for the weekend and then i had to leave the hotwl inorder to have peace and quite. Woyld recommend anyone staying there if they are doing construction work. No warnings or even try and give me another room. Waste 132.00

Excellent & Perfesional

Checking in was annoying. Walked in the room at 3am for the first time after getting room key and was greeted with a roach waiting for our arrival. Light fixtures Were broken along with the fridge. Yes I saw we need to cut it on Inside the fridge attempted that with no success. So even though I’ll only be in the room for a few hours at this point.. I still wouldnt come here again. Should’ve went to super 8 or motel 6 for better results

This stay isn't the first time that family members have stayed at this Best Western Hotel. It was pleasant. This time it was different. The Hotel for some reason could never find my reservation on their end. Expedia had it on their end. Problem was finally resolved. The room was great except for the sink and bathtub drains. The water would not drain unless we held the stopper up manually. The breakfast was good if you get there before nine. They had no milk for the cereal or cream for the coffee. Only flavored cream. I was just told there wasn't any, what was there was all they had. I am aware that things happen that is beyond the person behind the counter's control. But being a weekend you want to make sure that you plan ahead with supplies. We've stayed there before and it was great. Area felt quite and safe. We got a good night's rest. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is our go to Hotel when we need one. I don't want to go to Motel 6.

Desk clerk was very friendly. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent considering normal variety. Still Very clean and pleasing area

The hotel does not allow an early check in even if the have available rooms. They want to charge $50 usd for early check in! The room has log of space but smells dirty. The lights in the room are cold white and are only two of them so the ambiance is cold and dark. The sheets in the bed seemed clean.

Check in went smooth, the hotel was clean and quiet. We've stayed here before and had rude receptionist in the past, but Lexi really went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for us, I really think the other receptionists should learn a thing or 2 about her and how to treat customers. I have nothing bad to say about our stay , everything went well.
