First trip to Belize, so I can’t make a relative comparison, but the hotel was good, clean, the restaurant was good, but at $190 I can’t say it’s a value. Also the 15 minute shuttle ride which is a direct run to the airport was a bit steep at $25USD.

Check in was good. The a/c in our room didn't work and unfortunately they didn't have a comparable room with the same view. We requested complimentary breakfast and BW honored the request! The hotel shuttle to or from the airport is $25 USD, transportation to the Belize Water Taxi terminal is $10 USD. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner and would definitely stay again. The premier rooms are nice so hopefully we can get one with a pool view next time!

I would stay at this property whenever I come back to Belize. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. The food was good. Roger and Kamisha inside the Jaguar Bar are the best!

Loved everything about this hotel. Super nice pool area, restaurant and bar had exceptional foood and drinks. Staff was super helpful and service during dinner and breakfast was exceptional.

Location was not conducive to walking off property. Felt more like an industrial area.

I called and told the front desk I will be checking in late and the person that answered was rude. He did not give me a name and when I checked in, he told me that he didn’t have a room for me. He transferred me to another hotel with no explanation. He was sympathetic or even cared about how I was feeling. In this hotel I know nothing about. The worst experience I have ever had

I liked the property and it was well kept and beautiful. Some of the staff was standoffish and were not helpful when in the dining area. It was not busy and they were just not attentive. I would probably return because I liked the property.

The property is very nice and well kept. The staff are extremely polite and will accommodate your needs. The food is good in the restaurant and the bar is nice. It’s near the airport about 20-25 away or so. You can walk to Brodie’s supermarket for food, not much else in the area. You need a vehicle to go into town. The room we stayed in was quite updated with modern/contemporary furnishings. Did not use the pool but it was clean and the surrounding area was beautiful, six feet deep.

No hot water even after maintenance came and no willing tv, areas around is noisy because of all the construction I also had to cancel a night Due to hurricane and they refused to give me a refund even though couldn’t stay and they were rude about it. Place was clean though, huge gym and nice coffee shop

Very clean property. Great staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool area with heated pool. Good restaurant and bar to eat and watch sports. Very convenient for next morning commute to airport.

The property is very clean and the people are helpful. The property is well maintained and I felt safe the entire length of our stay. The only real issue I had with the property is the cost of the food at the restaurant. There aren't a lot of choices within walking distance of the hotel, so you don't have a lot of choice.

Siera, Our waitress in the restaurant was amazing. However she was the only thing that was. The first room, a junior suite was dark and there was no window or, if there was, it faced a wall. After much debate with reception we were able to switch rooms but it was not a suite and not what we paid for. The front desk person would not let us talk with the manager after telling us there would be no refunds. She kept telling me to come back to talk with the manager. The second time we came back we got tickets for free breakfast buffets. I didn’t want to waste any more time so we took them. However, the breakfast buffet was horrible and we didn’t use the free buffet the second day. There are no other restaurants nearby and much of the food here is not great. All-in-all, We did not get what we paid for. Also, you can’t use the pool during swim lesson times which go from 9-11 am and 1-3pm during July.

Got a room right in front of ongoing construction. Difficult to get a simple thing such as a bottle of water for the room while paying $200 USD a night for a 3 star hotel. At the jaguar bar, the drinks were served short of a normal size including beer.

The staff was excellent however the room smelled like sewer and I had to change rooms which was a downgrade from what I initially paid for… o my one bottle of water provided and o my if you get the room cleaned you can get one bottle a day but signs plastered around do not drink the water (sink) Best Western do better …
