The stay was nice and convenient to the location we had our event but the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom.

Second time staying at the Residence Inn in Conshohocken. Hotel seems to have deteriorated since last time. Room was okay; surfaces were stained and worn. Areas in the room were dusty. Bathroom under-sink tiling was detached. TV did not work upon arrival. Also, now have to pay for parking in a non-urban location. Seems like a rip-off for the location.
Check-in staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.
Do not anticipate staying here in the future.

We were disappointed in the lack of hospitality and the cleanliness. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest cafe and at exactly at 10 am, they shut down the breakfast, which is fair, but then there’s no coffee except the 1 pod in your room… which wasn’t replaced for 7 days!!
We had 4 members of family and had 1 bath towel! We had to go on the hunt for towels!!
Shower was plugged and didn’t drain, only to find out it wasn’t cleaned for quite some time and had wads of hair in it!!
When room was cleaned, every third day, they didn’t replace all the towels or take the dirty ones!
Very disappointing.

Apparently there are rail road tracks right next to the hotel and they blare their horn every time they go by and it’s quite often.
I also didn’t realize that the bathroom in the 1 bedroom suite is in the bedroom, so everyone has to come through the bedroom to go to the bathroom.

The tub drain was broken off and the toaster wouldnt stay down other than that I loved the room and luckily it was near the elevators The staff was very friendly

Upon checkin we couldn’t locate any staff. Once we did get checked in, we couldn’t get any blankets for our pull out couch. We also couldn’t get any creamer for our coffee or tea. Our room was supposed to have a bathtub shower combo. for the kids, we only had a shower. On our second evening we ran out of toilet paper and towels. We called to the desk three times, never replenished. We went and grabbed toilet paper and towels from the pool area. Around bedtime, our neighbors started smoking marijuana, and we went to the desk to see if the hotel would get the natter cleared up. Our room filled with smoke. The woman at reception checked us out of our room and gave us key cards to a new room on the other side of the hotel. We declined, as it was 11pm and the kids were sleeping. She told us to move or go home. It took us 90 minutes to pack and move, but at least we had toilet paper. Hotel said they would call expedia and get back to us with a partial refund, but they never did.

Stayed one night on a Saturday. Originally 1st room was next to very noisy couple, requested room change and they changed our room immediately to an even better room and gave us some waters and peanut chews :). Room was very clean. Got in hot tub before bed and it was relaxing. Got up and worked out in the well equipped gym followed by the hot tub and breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again.

I love how secluded and laid back the property was....also i took my wife and daughter to the waterfront behind the property to skip rocks...such a really nice time highly recommend!!

The night shift person who checked was just ok.!we are Marriott Members and have always found everyone pleasant. This particular young lady barely lifted her head up as we walked up to the check in desk. She never smiled, explained things in a very flat tone and was not engaging at all.

Loved the apartment feel of this place for my stay. It is amazing that it is fully furnished and stocked with cutlery, plates, microwave...all the necessities to stay long-term in comfort and without spending an arm and a leg on eating on every day. Complimentary breakfast is simple but includes the staples to start off your day right.

This one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Just a weekend getaway with my two sons. We got the one bedroom suite. Very clean and lots of room. Very affordable. I'm guessing because it's off season but very nice. My only complaint is when we went to the pool and hot tub, there were just way too many people, we had to turn around and go back to our rooms. I understand it's a Saturday night and swim at your own risk but there should be a maximum number of people at a time. So we never got to experience neither which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I had a long week and needed that hot tub. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We chose this place over others because it had a bar. However the bar does not open till Jan 8. The shower had one of the bottles broken off the wall. The fridge door was missing a handle. The pool water was cloudy and you couldn’t see 6 inches in front of you.
The staff was very friendly. The building and parking set up were nice. The breakfast had a nice variety.

The stay was great and everyone enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The only compliant I have is that our reservation was for a queen bed but the room only had a double bed.

Very nice hotel but already rundown, hard to find people that worked there. Room was nice and comfortable but a lot of little things - big crack in the sink, closet door broken, trim missing, stains on the walls, etc. no sheets or blankets for the pull out, hard to find anyone to get them.

My 1 night stay was good. Although my husband and I arrived pretty late, we still manged to get some good rest, delicious free breakfast and nice customer service. We will be back.

Towel bars were broken. Asked for housekeeping 2 days and never received it. Beds were not very comfortable and there is a train at all hours that is noisy.

You stay above railroad tracks with trains blowing horns all evening. Worst sleep ever. Undrinkable coffee. Rusty bathroom and no consideration to discount based on sleepless nights or unsatisfactory amenities.

The young woman who checked us in was wonderful, very helpful and personable. The room was very clean.

We were three adults and a baby, so the layout of the suite was good; two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living area and kitchen in between. The front desk personnel were very nice, but the entire hotel seemed to be tired and in need of a facelift. The carpet didn't seem to be very clean and the sink in one of the bathrooms drained very slowly. Overall, the hotel needs a makeover. We won't stay there again.

Great place if you want to party all night in the courtyard outside the building. Crappy property if you want to sleep.
Avoid, unbless of course you're 23 and want to party, in which case, reserve a room and bring your friends. Management doesn't care.

The front desk staff were not well trained. Acted like you were bothering them. No fans in the barhroom...that is just weird and disgusting.

Good location… hotel was a bit dirty and just not well maintained. Carpet was old, not nice finishes etc. staff was nice, however when I went to check out three guests were staying and waiting for someone to come to the desk and no one ever showed up. Left key cards on the check-in desk as did the other guests.

This property is in a safe and walkable area with many dining options available. It’s an easy commute to Philadelphia or King of Prussia. The furnishings are dated, worn and in need of being replaced.

It was close to family, but needs serious updating in the rooms! They now charge for parking, which they never did!!!!

I give it a 4 star because of the location near train tracks and we did not have rug for the bathroom and no soap when we arrived. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Breakfast is free and it’s okay cause they served scrambled eggs, waffle, sausages, and cereal. Every day changes to bacon or other frozen breakfast.

Staff was amazing. When at check in was told hotel was overbooked so they were "upgrading" us. I booked a room with king bed. Pull out twin bed and a handicapped accessible shower. Our "upgrade" consisted of a queen bed in a seprate room than the pull out sofa and a standard bathroom. So I was unable to use the shower. Only stayed one night so was not going to fuss. The queen bed...that was the worst bed I have ever layed in. Was so so hard. Basically felt like I was laying on a kitchen floor.
