Excellent property.

Not the place it used to be beds are worn down. Staff seems very upset overworked upset. Kind of spelled smells moldy, and mildewy hotels getting A little too old there's a lot newer and better places to stay for a lot less

The staff and service at this Ritz on S. Beach was excellent! The hotel lobby smells amazing! The turn down service with bedside chocolates and fresh water bottles were a nice perk. The AC unit blew very cold air that constantly fluctuated and blew directly at the bed making for freezing nights. The hotel pool area does need improvements, we felt there is a lack of a Ritzy feel as in other luxury hotels. The steps going to the boardwalk/ beach were barely lit up at night . They only had a few dim red lights on a few steps. No light on the pathway The steps and path were never cleaned of debris after the rain. The beach was super old and needs big improvements with better thicker modern cushions and better umbrella’s like the nearby hotels have. Overall the very professional and friendly hotel staff made our stay very nice , especially Sheila Rodriguez!

I think it was a great stay, but not matching the price I paid for it. The suite seemed old, furniture with scratches, everything is old fashioned which is great if that is the style but it looks old and overused! Everything was overprice for the experience. I was looking for amazing service and it was okay, taking ages to pick up room service tables, again, the experience was great but too expensive considering all the aspects of the stay that did not meet my standards.

i was there and they don't give the room we prepaid we spend lot time to get the room we paid for it, by going back and for between the front desk agent and front desk manager, about the property is the good location and good condition

We stayed 5 nights and it was absolutely magical. Employees were so kind and always greeted you with a smile! They even surprised us with balloons for our anniversary! A perfect stay.

There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room. i requested a microwave every day of my stay and never received one. i did get a moldy, stinking, dirty refrigerator when i requested one. For the price you pay a microwave should be available upon request. wont stay at ritz ever again.

Breakfast was a no go - choice of offered food and drinks, waiting time at front desk - not expected from RC Service attitude of some of the employees need to be improved.
