We live in Finland and decided to travel to Tallinn for school holidays, since normally it's an easy and relaxing option for us. But, the worst happened. When we arrived at the hotel, our room just wasn't available for us due to some error. We had booked a family suite 3 months in advance, paid for it (a lot) and received a confirmation. We even got a hotels.com email a couple days before arrival welcoming us! The hotel was totally full but they managed to find us, a family of four, an ordinary sized room crammed with extra beds. The hotel offered us nothing to compensate. Further, we didn't even get the small room at check-in time but 1-2 hours later, and again, nothing was offered "because check-in time is an estimate". Due to this catastrophe we had to queue three times in those long queues at the reception. Currently we're arguing with hotels.com whether they should refund us the price difference between the suite and a room which is absolutely ridiculous. This kind of error should never happen and if it does, the hotel and hotels.com should do everything to make the customers feel good again, not to leave them in tears. Especially if a hotel calls itself a five star hotel! At Radisson or hotels.com customer service, they didn't even try. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel if we didn't get the family suite. Our long awaited holiday was ruined. If you want to be sure you get what you have booked and paid for, avoid combination of hotels.com and Radisson Collection.

Nice hotel with excellent spa&breakfast.

Pleasant staff, very welcoming on my arrival, at breakfast and on check out. Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. Difficulty connecting my portable device to the TV but otherwise all good. Close to Stroomi beach, Unibet Arena and lots of other services. Great meals on site. Room service charge is a bit high.

Wonderful hotel, stayed in an amazing sauna suite ,enjoyed the spa and had daily a fabulous breakfast!

Our home away from home! Beautiful hotel, great location close to all shops and restaurants. Breakfast was superb & various and the staff were very helpful when asking for recommendations or advice. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary in this wonderful hotel, and were very happy with our lovely old city view room. Room is nicely decorated and it was very quiet. Lots of space and very clean, a well equipped bathroom, impeccable AC, consistent wifi. The staff was very friendly and flexible. Fantastic hotel. Clean, easy walking distance to old town. Nice spa area, but relatively small. Was busy on the Saturday night when we used it. Staff friendly and professional.

Lately renowaded hotel with nice staff and good facilities. Breakfast is very good and rooftop restaurant serves great food with good price and nice views over the city.

Decent hotel walkable from the old town.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet. The view was incredible. The roof top bar was also very nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that the sink in our bathroom was clogged. In a five star hotel something like this has to be recognized.

The hotel is amazing. We booked a Suite with wonderful view over the old town of Tallin. The room is spacious, top quality, and underfloor heating in the bath room and guest toilet. The bed and pillow selection is so much better compared to other luxury hotels we were staying in during our trip. Rooftop bar is a gem and the the restaurant serving delicious Japanese Peruvian fusion food. Breakfast is a combination of a rich buffet plus Ala Carte dishes to choose from. The location is top, everything is walkable and easily reachable.

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful and modern hotel with really service minded staff. Beautiful interior at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent with a big variaty which you also could order a la cart dishes aside from the breakfast buffet. The spa was fantastic aswell with 4 saunas to choose from also.

Good location, beautiful room, clean, attentive and helpful staff, walking distance to the port area and cruise, center of town. I would recommend.

Great hotel and great value

The room wasn't as clean as I expected, with hairs and dust here and there. The lobby was surprisingly small for a 5-star hotel, making it almost impossible to meet someone there for coffee and a chat. However, the view from the room was gorgeous, offering a mix of the city and the gulf. The old town was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and a shopping mall was just a 5-minute walk away.

Two living rooms (not sure why 2 living rooms but it was nice) 1 and half baths, one of which had a full size sauna, and a great bedroom Views of the city were really nice as well The rooftop bar has a superb view and great drinks The breakfast is really good and has many choices All in all a great place to stay

Amazing service! I had 50th birthday. We got room upgrade, breakfast and I even got surprise cake on breakfast. Gym was very good and everything was spotless. We definently will come back.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, housekeeping could be improved and air-conditioning settings should have lower setting options available for guest who like room on cooler setting. Overall was a good experience and consistent stay.

Nice hotel, excellent staff and service overall. Spa is quite small, but brand new. Prosecco is offered for breakfast which was a nice add on for my late breakfast.
