Not cleaned properly. Theres nothing inside the fridge even water. No shower cap or hair dryer. No safety vault. Bed full of small red ants. Food choices is very limited. No signal in the room so cannot connect to wifi, no point of providing us the password. The room was not prepared when we check in so we have to wait for few minutes considering the fact that we arrive late. The room is big though but not worth the money.

Long wait to check in and check out, staff friendly. Rooms not clean and need to be updated. Wifi was advertised free but u needed to pay and poor connection..

We were placed at a room near the housekeeping room and fire exit and the staff always talked very loudly and screamed at each other. Im not kidding. Screaming. 2. Their front desk staff were so lazy that even when I told them about my request for drinking water, they asked me to call the resto instead of doing it themselves. And I told them the resto wasnt answering my call. 3. They refused to give us an official receipt. Which Im sure is not legal. 4. The bathtub was dirty.5. The room smelled like smoke. 6. The aircon was cranky and old.

Nice place to stay..comfortable room.accessible to transpo.approachable staff

Ut was all good except for when we were checking out. They couldn't find my booking I had done on hotels. I showed them my confirmation and gave them the booking number as well. They told us to wait while they looked and we told them that we were in a hurry to the airport. After a while they still couldn't find the booking so I ended up paying twice for the room.

the receptionist needs to be retrained or to be sent home. I dont know her name, but she doesnt need to be working. I have never seen such an ugly attitude. Her attitude is just sour.

The hotel has a good location and services. We could walk to a lot of interesting places that were described in our written guide of the Philippines.

Even though we had the hotels.com confirmation, the hotel didnt have our reservation. After about 45 minutes of searching they finally found us an available room, but it was not the deluxe that we reserved. The next day they put us in a deluxe room, but it was not like the one in the pictures.

Not very considerate. Arrived at 2am due to early flight. Accommodated but have to check out 12nn same day. They say 2am will still count as the day yesterday check in. What a joke!

This hotel is a great value for its price..easy walk to the large mall. Great view of makiti at night and good wifi in the rooms!

That free breakfast every morning was a wonderful bonus added to my time at this wonderful hotel. I wish I could stay there indefinitely.

I was not expecting much of this hotel. You get what you paid for. Convenient location to places I needed to go. I was not expecting much of their breakfast meal and surprisingly the foods displayed daily were tasty. They tried to offer variety of meals every morning and the staff were friendly and courteous to everyone.I am thankful to the cleaning staff because my daily requests for them: to change the bed sheet, cover sheet and pillow cases daily were dutifully done. On the other hand, the aircon in RM 1115 was a bit noisy. I think cleaning and or repair will help. The shower needs repair too. Lastly, I had issue connecting to their wifi and needed to buy my own pocket wifi.Overall, I had a comfortable room and staff were great! Thank you:)

it's a good budget hotel if your looking for a longer stay.the room needs an update esp. the shower

Nice Place , Good Stay, Easy to find good parking, nice staff good breakfast, Big room good wifi connection on the 12th floor, I would recomend this hotel.

The Golden Peak has a nice room a t a nice price. Maybe does need a little modern look. But all was good in the room. Comfortable and clean. The best park is the free breakfast. Very nice. However, one warning. DO NOT USE THE MARTY MART SARI SARI Store which is located on the corner located on the other side of the hotel. The have a very dishonest clerk. As i was paying for my purchase she took a large bill from me and said i never gave it to her. Otherwise , my visit to the Golden Peak was wonderful. I highly recommend it. Stay away from the Marty Store.

I enjoyed my stay here, a bit noisy at times with many young people partying but I don't think this is normal. The staff were always happy to tend to my needs and questions. Breakfast could have more variety
