When I arrived at the hotel I was very surprised at the high standard of the hotel. I was allowed to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful.
My rooms was furnished to a very high standard with a coffee machine and kettle.
The reception staff were very helpful and informative.
If I visit this area again in the future, I would use this hotel again.

We froze told the receptionist she came up played with the temp gauge said thats it fixed no it wasn't went back down no one there 130 euros to freeze wasn't even radiators on in hotel corridors at 1c outside

A really pleasant hotel whose staff were a real credit to them. So friendly and helpful and the hotel was a 90 second walk right into the centre of Ypres. Spacious and clean room and a good breakfast option. No permanent bartender and this isn’t a party hotel but a wonderful place to spend a few days in Ypres. There is free parking next to the Hotel but it can get busy and it is first come, first served..

The member of staff who was on duty when I arrived at 11.30pm was amazing. Very friendly and kind. A real credit to the hotel.

The staff were superb especially Sarah. Also the loan of a really nice wheel chair for my wife was very much appreciated.

My bedroom was unusual . The furniture was creaky .. the bed made a noise when I sat on it … The chair was squeaky … I suppose it was new and not expensive

Excellent. Convenient historic center location near Menin Gate, cloth hall, restaurants. Room was comfortable. Service was good.

Almost everything was great. Awesome staff, nice and big breakfast, clean and good value. Our AC didnt work so room was very warm and the water pressure in shower was a bit lousy. Also toilett was separated from shower room and didnt have a sink.

This hotel is set back from the main square but very very close.
The decor and furnishings are contemporary - inside the hotel and rooms are very clean.
They are doing construction right in front of the hotel but you can still access the front lobby/doors.

Have stayed here several times and this time just wasn’t as good.
Breakfast not as fresh, bread and pastries not fresh each day.
Staff on reception were not very engaging.
Room service hit and miss. Bed not made, missing cups, toiletries empty etc.
just not the same attention to detail we have experienced before.
