It was a nice hotel. The setup was not to my liking. I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom and that it was only one television. The decor in the rooms was outdated

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely loved it yet again! The staff is so friendly and kind. We love the breakfast! It’s my favorite part of the hotel stay! Our room was perfect and the bed was fantastic! We will continue to book here for our anniversary yearly! We highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, restful accommodation with polite staff, however facilities are a bit basic (without smart TV) so had nothing to watch the rest of the stay.

Overall, a very nice hotel! The bed was not very comfortable, it felt like there was a door under the mattress….but other than that , it was a very good stay! Bathrooms were very clean, lobby and breakfast areas open and inviting. Decent breakfast!

Free breakfast was great. Plenty of options to choose from. It’s an old hotel so the rooms could have been in better condition. Couch cushions were ripped and pull out mattress was badly stained. Bathroom was pretty clean except for some staining on the walls that was questionable. It was nice having a mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink for longer stays. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Our floor smelled like marijuana.

Our stay here was just okay. The room wasn't as big as we expected. It looked really old too. The toilet wouldn't flush in the morning and they would repair it only by 7:00 AM. So we ended up using the toilet in the main lobby. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly.

Check in was easy. Upo. Getting to my room and unpacking, I noticed the carpet was wet outside the bathroom... I then saw what appeared to be feces in the wet spot.
When i called downstairs, they said the mansger had left for the day. A staff member came up to my room with wet wipes... I switched rooms, no apology, nothong else said.

Overall great experience! Cleanliness is what I appreciated most! Concierge was very friendly :) Pool was an added bonus. And the complimentary breakfast was good with many options. I highly recommend!

Everything was good except for noisy air conditioning and dripping faucet in our room. There are some chipping paint in certain areas. Breakfast was good. Decent amenities.

We arrived early and the staff allowed us to check in, which gave my grandchildren the opportunity to swim. The front desk was handling a situation that required police assistance. They remained focused on us and never let on there was a problem. Having been in similar situations they continued to be professional. Thank you for giving my family a great stay.

Our room was a good size for the 3 of us. It was clean and had what we needed (refrigerator/small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The fold-out couch mattress was a bit uncomfortable, even for a 7 year old. It was quiet at night, even when there were many guests. Breakfast was good and the staff were always making sure the choices were stocked. They had a couple gluten-free Udi's items and oat milk as alternatives. You have to ask for the gf items. A bit more fruit would make it excellent.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was good size with a mini fridge and sink. The room was also very quiet even during a severe thunderstorm.
The free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and especially for the cost of our stay. It had oatmeal with many toppings, cereal muffins waffles eggs sausage yogurt fresh fruit and more. I was able to have something different each day.
There was a Costco right across the street and a few restaurants nearby as well as a large mall

Decided to take a chance. Read some good & bad reviews. Pleasantly surprised. Had a 1st floor room. It was spotless. Room looked recently remodeled. Couldn't beat the price. Perfect for a night on the road traveling.

The room wasn't cleaned there was trash under the queen beds and playdough in the rooms by the Air conditioner, room smelled like cigarette smoke, sofa roll out bed sheet and mattress was stained and dirty. The queens beds were not queen size they were more like like full size bed only...rooms were too small and narrow. Don't post and say it's queen size beds when it's not.

The pull out bed in the sofa was so broken in that I felt like i slept on the floor. Need more blankets for the extra bed in the suite. Breakfast had no bacon option.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Spring HIll Suites. Close to all the restaurants and shopping we were looking to do in Schaumburg; roomy and comfortable room; attentive staff; lovely breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay.

There were several hotels near the Convention Center, but they were quite over-priced. This had an indoor pool, a well maintained gym (both used), microwaves and fridges in the rooms, free WiFi and parking, free breakfast of various offerings, free waters, cookies, and apples for guests, The staff were all pleasant to deal with and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Unexpectedly excellent. 😉 The Front Desk was welcoming, beyond accommodating and every agent had a smile on their faces, as well as comp drinking water. Breakfast with hot items was included. The property and room were clean. Rooms include a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave, a spacious living area and workspace. A local shuttle service or ideally, airport service would be a great addition. Most of the other hotels in the area have them.
