Another great stay at my preferred Roseville location

Overall was in good shap, clean friendly staff. Comfy bed loved the pillows

The building and rooms themselves were nice. The staff were mediocre. No continental breakfast which is whatever but we were told we could not bring outside food or beverages into the hotel. We were expected to eat the food from the bristo and drink at the bar only. If you're going to demand that, at least have staff that can manage that. The bartender on both nights was MIA for the majority of the time and very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get served one night and another night we had friends who didn't get a simple beer for a half hour while standing at the bar the whole time waiting. Ridiculous. Then on a Saturday night, you do last call for beverages at 9:30 pm? And expect us to not bring in our own beverages? Saying that we can't sit around in the lobby area at the tables provided to have a drink or some food and converse? We were not a loud group by any means but to kick us out and tell us to go drink in our rooms? Definitely do not recommend this hotel to the middle-class average people.

The property and staff were amazing!! however there was a hocket tournament and it looked like a party walking into the lobby. the kids were loud and running the hallways throwing ice. we could not get into the pool area due to the number of kids in there. it was dis appointing after a long day and paying for a hotel with these specific amenities we couldnt use.

The remodel was very nice. Clean room. Staff was excellent A few complaints. Had room right next to the ice machine room which was very loud the entire night. Room only stocked with decaf coffee. And the streaming options for the tv did not work.

Pool area is cold. No tea in a room. Very friendly staff.

Quiet, comforrable.

The gym had only cardio equipment or an incomplete array of free weights. The breakfast offered was for outrageous prices. The rooms were Spartan, at best, with no in-room safe. The colors were depressing.

We stayed for a hockey tournament. Rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby worked well for our team meals and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The check in clerk on staff was amazing, Fast, fun and very helpful. We had a little problem with the room and he had things fixed in the blink of an eye. Current construction made things a bit noisy, and I rather dislike the bathroom remodel with a cooler than expected shower and no good place to hang the washcloth, but the bed was comfortable, and the service outstanding.

They were a few growing pains since it is under renovation. On the plus side we got to stay in a newly renovated room. It was wonderful. Excellent staff.

Not worth the money. No restaurant or bar on the weekends like advertised. Showers flood the floor after a few minutes. We chose this place for our anniversary, very bad decision on my part.

The room was OK but there were no amenities It was under remodeling...Poor Job by who ever is responsible for sending us to that hotel.

The *only* complaint is that the a/c was REALLY loud when it kicked on. Even tho some amenities weren’t available (restaurant for example) due to construction I would stay here again. The concierge on check in gave me an espresso from the Starbucks as a courtesy when it was closed. Hopefully it will be better when the renovations are completed.

The price per night was ver very high especially for the fact that there was construction going on

The jacuzzi was cold and jets did not work ….. pool was to cold… ice machine broke on 3rd floor
