We were upgraded to a large king room that was really great, with a separate sitting area with couch. Kitchen consists of full size refrigerator, microwave and cooktop. Ask for plates/utensils and pans at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable though a little worn. No housekeeping since we were only there a few days, but fresh towels/linens available on request. Breakfast was basic, consisting of instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, and coffee. Convenient location, close to the parkway, but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Front Desk staff was friendly, but the building smelled like cats and was dirty. Would not stay there again!

The staff was fine. The TV didn’t work. Towels didn’t seem fresh. Furniture was falling apart.

Good place to stay for one evening at the shore. The room was very clean but was in need of updating. The mattress was very firm and a bit hard to sleep on. Good location to the parkway.

After checking in we left as we did not feel safe. It was very run down and almost had half way house vibe. I came with my husband, my 4 year old child and my small dog. Property was v sketchy but we went to the room, it was dirty and we found random things under bed. We paid over 500$ for something we didn’t feel safe during day light. Everyone outside was smoking and did God knows what else. This was the most unnerving experience ever. We will call Expedia, but I have never left the place due to the fact I felt unsafe.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before I’ve even left a place, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. I would think that in an area like Red Bank, and a price point of almost $200, I would not have to go look at 3 rooms before I found one that wasn’t disgusting. The first one had not been cleaned, like beds unmade and trash unemptied. Second one the paint was peeling and reeked of cigarettes. Also, bathroom spigots were hanging off. 3rd one still stinks like cigarettes, but at least it appears to be clean. Get it together Extended Stay. Thankfully, mine won’t be an extended stay. Just a nights sleep and moving on in the morning. Hopefully, with no bugs in tow.

I am not one to complain but for what I paid for the rooms I feel ripped off. First off we drove by it a few times before realizing it was the hotel,bad signage. When we arrived the doors were not opening and very hard to open and when I mentioned it I was told "well it rained"???? The room at 1st looked nice after walking through hallways reaking of weed which is odd as it was a no smoking place,did I mention a half smoked cigarette on the elevator floor? The tub and toilet had long black hair everywhere and the bed spreads had stains everywhere but the beds were great and cozy. The room had a kitchen but no utlencils,pans,plates or cups but luckily I brought them. Dont worry though as yiu can ourchase packages for extra cost to furnish your kitchen. Also, our toilet didnt flush and when we told the desk we were handed a plunger. Again, I usually get cheap motels but being I had my kids I stepped it up and expect this at those places but after droppung over $500 for 2 nights I expected more. Also, be advised there are many people who look to live here all year including the gentleman across the hall from me who was shirtless, shoeless and smoking weed. He was nice but not what a $200 plus a night hotel should feature Also know the free breakfast is coffee,tea, and granola bars and finally dint be lioking for a hot shower or soap ot shampoo.

Everything was easy to get into. We check in late with no issues at all. The room and beds were good. A little confusing to find the room, but we found it. The issues we had was the room door and not alot of bath essentials. I like that there was a kitechen, microwave, and full on friedge. The ither issue is breakfast. There wasn't much so we ate out. This hotel is meant to be stayed at 2 to 3 days atba time. Its conveniet and does its job. Overall, the stay was fine. Area(red bank), was very pleasent as well. Thank you.

Your front staff people are super friendly and incredibly helpful. Every other employee that we passed in the halls or outside, smiled and said hello! Great training and hiring of your staff at this location!! Needs better signage for access to hotel off the highway and though other business properties to this particular location.

Vintage electrical items were terribly worn out and totally -FIRE HAZARDS- ROOM 232-- the desk side lamp actually blew SPARKS as we turned it on -so we unplugged it--AND the wall lamp beside the kitchen counter is soo old that it would not remain upright and would slip loose and not stay intact--so dangerous! WE WERE AFTAID TO STAY THE NIGHT----NO NO NO-SKIP THIS PLACE!
