My recent hotel stay was a significant disappointment. The hotel's location left much to be desired, it’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to use a car to go anywhere. Our room had a not exactly charming view of a fuel station. The restaurant experience was frustrating, as we had to wait in a 15-20 minute queue at the bar on a Friday night just to place an order. This process could be greatly improved with the use of QR codes on the tables for ordering. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was cold and underwhelming. We ended up sending our plates back to the kitchen and lost our appetite for the evening. I noticed that people by the table next to ours were sending their plates back, too. The main reason we booked this hotel was the pool, but it was a letdown. Not only was it an additional cost, but we could only book it once during our stay, and for just 45 minutes – a rather ridiculous restriction. As for the room, it initially appeared ok, but our enthusiasm waned when we noticed unsightly yellow stains on the bed covers. Finally, the parking, which we hoped to use for charging our electric car, turned out to be unreliable. It worked for a short period before stopping, and the same issue occurred the following day with a different charger. Given these numerous issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, and I regret our decision to stay there.

To eat you have to order in the bar, if many want a drink you have to que up and wait instead of wait at a table and order food in the restaurant area. Just one person who serve and clean after the food. Maybe might be a better flow if you can order in the restaurant instead?

Our room was tiny!! Otherwise, everything was fine and the breakfast was great.

Toilet was loose on the wall. The floor wasn’t clean, and there were no curtains in one room. We faced onto a courtyard

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room we were given had not been cleaned, but the staff were apologetic and upgraded our room straight away without us asking, to make up for the inconvenience. The pool was quite small but as they have a booking system to limit the number of people in there it is still possible to swim. The gym looked good too although we did not try it. It is only a short walk to the city of around 20 minutes and there are lots of buses you can take nearby. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and tasted really good! We hope to come back i in the future!

Staff were very kind and accommodating, even when travelling with kids. Breakfast is fine but I miss healthy, Nordic options (baked beans and bacon in 2023?) One issue with the rooms is that they don't have properly fitted blackout curtains - so plenty of early morning light between May and September. Bring an eyemask! Surroundings aren't inspiring but at least connected to decent paths for a morning run. Access street is plagued by potholes that can ruin your car's suspension!

The Hotel was fresh and clean. Brekkie was really good with pancakes. We did not try out the pool. The staff was really friendly and helped with tips to do. It's a 10 min taxi ride from the station.

It was a pleasant stay, we were comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious and well supplied. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast with a large variety to please all. Had a great stay !!!

Really nice hotel. Glad that the pool has to be booked in advance, because 10 people in the pool which was the max, would be really crowded. The breakfast buffet could also be a tad better, empty dishes and lack of fork and knives, but regardless the two things, my family and myself had a great stay.

We chose this hotel based on two criteria. One was dog friendly and the other one was a place to charge the car. It was very dog friendly and we could eat breakfast in the lobby with the dog which was very nice. The breakfast was good though it was a bit hard to find everything. Nicely marked if vegan and some vegan options. The room itself was quite noisy. We had a room close to the lift which we could hear quite easily. The family over or next to us made a lot of noise. All the chargers were taken when we arrived but we did manage to charge a little during breakfast. The bar closed really early, but not sure if that was because of Covid or not.

The beds were really uncomfortable. Due to Covid everything had to be booked, breakfast and pool. For breakfast I’m not sure how this improves the situation as I stood In a que to come into breakfast. You could only book 45 mins in the pool per day, and many other guests did not follow the rules. We also booked the restaurant in the evening and sadly the flank steak was rare when asked for medium, the waitress was nice but I didn’t receive any discount but offered my son the ice cream bar. We did eat here again in the evening. Lastly our room was never cleaned, it also wasn’t properly clean when we arrived.

The hotel had amazing brekfast. Free parking. Room was decent and quiet.

Good location - near the motorway.

Bra personal, bra frukost, minus för att inte ha golvvärme i badrum. Bra med gratis parkering utanför!
