The beds were full not queen the hot water wasn’t hot it was cool tub was dirty didn’t enjoy the stay at all I will not stay again also the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen very limited choices

I liked the complimentary breakfast and the staff was friendly BUT the room was dirty smelled old and moldy, the furniture was outdated, there were stains on the bedding, cigarette holes on the duvet cover, the shower had holes that were plastered and weren't sanded/painted and we saw one roach.

This, by far, was the filthiest and nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways reeked of smoke and the room was permeated with a heavy chemical-urine smell. Everything was worn, dirty or broken. The ceiling above the shower was moldy and chipping, everything was dusty, toilet seat was broken, towels were worn out. Avoid at all costs, you're better off sleeping in your car. Wish I could share a picture.

Just needed a hotel for VT parents’ weekend, so paid $185 for something 30 mins away. I didn’t have high expectations after reading the ratings, and the hallway was a little smelly, but once I got in the room it was clean and smelled fine. I had two little kids who were asleep when we got there, and the front desk guy moved my room to downstairs so I could get them in more easily, so that was nice, and it was a close trip from the parking lot.

Clean with nice staff. Large bathroom with lots of counter space. Comfy bed. Quiet . Good air conditioning. A little outdated decor but worker fine for a weekend stay.

The bathroom Wasn’t cleaned

This was one of the most filthy hotels I've ever stayed in. Upon entering, there was an old dirty sofa sitting on the exterior of the main entrance. The first thing I noticed was stale cigarette smell that permeated the entire foyer and I was hoping it would be gone in the room, but it was worse there. The hallway carpets were filthy and had not been vacuumed. The bathroom in the room had debris (unsure of what it was) on the counters, the curtain rod for the shower was bent so much in a u shape that the (moldy) curtain could not hang properly to hold the water inside the shower. The sheets appeared clean, but the duvet underneath was stained. The room was very hot and stuffy upon entering and thankfully the very old window unit, albeit loud, cooled the room enough to be tolerable. The view out of the window was a pile of trash and dirt. The most appalling part of this experience was the premium price I paid for a one night stay in this hotel where there was still vacancy despite it being graduation weekend in Blacksburg. I made this reservation months ago in preparation for a special weekend going to graduation. There is nothing good I can say about this hotel.

It was ok, Roma are spacious, beds are nice and was clean… the property lacks maintenance…bath rooms are ok, the toilet seat was worn out … should be a 20$ fix and not sure why they do t do it… furniture and floor carpet is very old and shows signs of stains. Over all a max of 3star.

It was ok expect for someone in a room close to us had is alarm go off at 4.30am and they let it ring for 20 minutes before turning it off

There was no toothpaste, no coffee in the room. There were dirty towels in the bathroom from before. There was mold in the bathtub and on the bathroom celing.

Close to the major food chains

Room and beds were disgusting. For 120.00 there was a event in town and it was the last room available. Will NEVER stay there again.

Great place ! Excellent bed, very comfortable. The desk people were very pleasant. No issues. Only $15 for our dog.

It was ok but definitely low budget. The check in desk needed to be more tidy. You could see the papers were messy.

The property looked tired and run down. The hallways reeked of smoke. Our reserved non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The management moved us to another room that was acceptable. The management was pleasant to deal with. Overall our stay was ok. I would try to reserve another property for a future stay. If this were our only option I would stay there again.

Good place to stay during graduation weekend. Hotel maintained reasonable rates in light of other places demand-based price gouging. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable for our short stay. Location was convenient off I-81.

"Non Smoking" room attached to a smoking room. Whole second floor stunk. Hair on the bathroom floor wasn't mine! Reservation adjustment didn't happen. No cups for coffee maker.

Hallways stunk overwhelmingly of smoke, also seeped into with the hall end of our non smoking room. Sheets had cigarette burn sized holes, and tub had cigarette burns on the edge... In a non smoking room! Toilet tank lid was cracked. Sink was missing stopper; we feared dropping anything in the sink/counter area. Plaster and paint were in progress. Mirror was sitting precariously on desk. Shower curtain rod had been moved a foot into shower so that a person couldn't shower without curtain sticking to me. It was one of those bowed rods, but the middle was over the tub edge, and the ends were in the MIDDLE OF THE TUB! Breakfast was poorly stocked, with no one around to ask. Wholesale club bottles of peanut butter that we were supposed to dig a serving out of. We passed. One of each flavor of oatmeal, not enough milk for a single bowl of cereal, and it was an hour and a half before the end of breakfast. I think... There were 3 different times posted for breakfast: one at the desk, one in the breakfast area, and one we were told at check in. The bed was comfortable, but even with my CPAP filter, my asthma was triggered by the awful smell in the hall and room. We picked this, a more expensive, better reviewed hotel than many... And it was a horrible experience. I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from. Fakes?

The rooms are filthy, towels were hard as if left out to dry. There was a awful smell in the hallways and the smoking rooms stink. You can tell they do not do regular cleans to the rooms ie cleaning the walls. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, they also want to charge guest $10 for use of the washing machines and dryers. This place is gross and they need a major overhaul. My toilet was also broken, but instead of fixing it they just put duck take on it.
