I stayed for two nights and payed in full via hotels.com After my stay I find they randomly charged me 154 dollars without any explanation

I stayed here for two days and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was that that part of the door frame was warped so the front door of our hotel room wasn't flush against the outside door frame, so we could here all the noise in the hallway at night. They did send someone out to fix the door frame, but it wasn't something they could fix during our stay. Very close to shopping, supermarkets, resteraunts and other amenities. Would reconsider staying there again.

This hotel room was very disgustingly dirty and everything is very old and need to be updated. The bathroom cabinet was peeling and bad stains under the sink, our toilet was dirty. It looked like bathroom was not cleaned at all.

he Check-In was good, the Looby clean. The Room had a rusty dirty Fridge, Bathroom was not clean, the Bed had Hairs on it. The Next Door Room had loud Music and the Doors open. For 200 not acceptable. would not book again.
Also when booked through Hotels.com, you get only the Rooms right next to loud Places like Elevators, Stairs, Icemachines etc.

We were given a room next to the elevators. Everytime the elevator moved the room shook. The noise was loud, I thought it was an earthquake or train passing by. Asked for another room. They appologized and gave us a new room. They must know those rooms are a problem, just hope no one complains. Also hotel is outdated and if you are going to a game and use Uber it is actually cheaper to stay at the newer AC hotel cause you can walk from there.

Not the best Hilton property we have stayed in recently. The rooms are ok but need an upgrade. The bed was hard and the pillows had no support. The prices for a drink at the bar were worse than Las Vegas.

It just could have been cleaner. Mold in coffee pot. Sticks and debris all over sidewalk. Trash in parking areas. Dirty elevator buttons. Bed was clean, bath was clean. Next time I will chose something else, but if this is all that is available, I will go there again. Staff was nice.

Overall positive, but bring your own everything (shower related) as the containers of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were all empty, as in not a drop. Comfy bed, clean, nice staff all around. Restaurant buffet breakfast-everything was barely luke warm, but they had a nice assortment. Would stay here again.

I had made a reservation and made a mistake. I been going to that hotel a few times. They would not work with me for a one night deal. I was there for my mother's funeral. Also last night there couldn't sleep people were playing slamming their room doors. I am not a complainer. I never called the desk.never going back.
