You can walk to the center, but not restaurants around

Great safe parking. Gated hotel. Comfy bed. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Awesome staff. Only negative comment is that their website needs to state that their restaurant is NOT open on Sundays. Otherwise we had a great time swimming and site seeing there. We would definitely recommend!!

Unfriendly to customers

I did not know what to expect but it was a lovely quiet hotel very close to the TGV station.

Great spot just outside of the city

The location of the hotel was poor, in a run down area and was walled and gated for security. No opportunity to walk around the local area or go out for a meal. Hotel dining was the only option.

The staff here were very good and friendly. Housekeeping needs attention. In dining area cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. Room not vacuumed properly.

The stay was pleasant

The property was nice! The only problem is that in Avignon They don’t turn on the air conditioner till May. It was quite warm outside. The staff was nice enough to let use a fan.

The property is decent. Staff were good until some of my wife’s make up went missing after the room was cleaned. I understand if the cleaner denies and there are no cameras in the room. However, we did not go to France for two weeks to scam $150 worth of make up. I would be careful of this place.

Mini bar/fridge didn’t work, AC also didn’t work. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The staff was so very nice and helpful. The breakfast was worth the money. I would stay there again.

Other than the room being very small, everything else was fine with our stay in the hotel. It's within walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was o.k. Nice common areas and amenities.

A nice place to stay

Perhaps the best hotel we have ever stayed at....

The only disadvantage we found was the very small volume of the room and its frugal breakfast. The rest were satisfying.

Used as a stop over for 1 night. Secure gated parking. Bus route to old town. Would stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the hotel. It is fairly small for a Best Western but the room was clean and comfortable and the gardens and pool although small were very pleasant to use. The restaurant food was very good but the menu is very limited with only four main course options so not ideal for everyone, but the staff were all very helpful and engaging which is the major plus point for the hotel. The only real negative is its location which is in an unattractive industrial/commercial area south of the city and too far to walk into Avignon so you need a car or to use the local bus service to go and see the sights.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and with a lovely pool area. The only criticism would be that their restaurant doesn’t serve on Sundays which, given their location outside of town, is a little inconvenient for guests without their own transport.

Very clean and modern hotel, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are fun for kids and family. But this area is far from Avignon downtown, it’s not convenient for travelers. Hotel’ breakfast and dinner is not good.

A nice hotel, extremely helpful front desk staff, mostly spoke excellent English. It has secure parking and a pool with sunbeds set in the gardens around it. We upgraded to the king size bed room, the room was nice, with a small fridge, though not particularly spacious. The hotel’s a couple of miles from the centre of Avignon, we were going to walk in but we’re advised not to. At the bus stop right by the hotel the C2 bus runs frequently into the city centre for 1.40€, it’s really convenient. The only fly in the ointment for my wife and I was the meal we ate in the restaurant on our final evening.. We both chose the lamb from the menu and on each of our meals at least half the lamb was so tough it was barely possible to cut, let alone chew. When the waiter collected our plates I explains the reason for the uneaten food (in French as his English wasn’t good) He merely replied “d’accord”. I assumed this meant duly noted, however upon checking out both meals were charged in full, 23€ each for one course.So my recommendation is stay in the hotel, eat elsewhere.

Stay 3days. Very small room, too far from Avin on and a little discriminated.
