We have stay here before, we did have a room in the front. We asked to moved and they were very good so we moved out the back .Would come again as we near the railway station to go into London. Very happy with our room and the host 😊

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.The accommodations felt more like a youth hostel than that of a guest house. It was the most affordable option in the area, but that being said- you get what you pay for.

Quite easy to find, good set up, and nice room/space for family. Clean and comfortable beds. No kitchen but didn't really matter for one night and was a shared toilet with other residents so a bit of waiting around but knew this from the booking so not a criticism. Shower didn't work though.

Pathetic property, zero customer service.
The weather being hot I called and requested Fans but was told that they don’t provide one and was advised to bring our own. Who does that? Fans are basic. Shocking!!
The room was terribly hot and only the front windows will open. I was staying with family with two kids and could not leave it open for safety as the room was located on ground floor.
The room was unbearably hot and non of could sleep. I ended up opening the window so that it can become a bit cooler. I stayed awake so that I can watch the window for no one breaking in.
The cutlery and crockery provided was dirty. Not even a single bottle of water provided. It’s basic custom to provide water to travellers. Its cost like £1.00 may be. They have a small fridge which is empty but no water. Shameful!!
There was only one bathroom for about four rooms with other occupants.
It was a nightmare choosing that place and shocked to know why are they even allowed to operate as business.
I will be writing to trading standards and also Expedia and will put a complaint.

My daughter and i stayed for one night as had an early start away from home for a funeral. The solitude and peaceful ambiance was perfect for our stay. We had a good nights sleep, in preparation for our difficult day ahead.

The cottage is very cute but there are issues. The check in requires you to call a local phone number if no one is on site which could be disastrous for those without phone service. (Many people travel with data packages only).
Also, while they cannot control the weather, they need to have fans in the rooms for hot days. It was very warm and the only cool comes from open windows (no screens).

Great location. Plenty of on-site parking. Short drive to Heathrow. Supermarket, fast food and Petrol stations nearby. Very clean room.

There was only one roll of tissue paper left in the bathroom, not sufficient for three people. No one to call for more during the evening hours

Was working nearby and stayed for 1 night.clean room with good shower facility.has ,microwave,kettle.it was a little cold with heater off but maybe ok on other warmer days.Small fridge also present.Would stay here again if required.

This was not what I was expecting after seeing the ratings for this property. When I got into my room (single) it was freezing cold. I went into the bathroom and there was a bath mat already on the floor which was wet and covered in black dirt. The toilet seat had brown marks on it that I had to remove with some wet toilet paper, when I looked in the shower there were hairs in the tray, also hairs on the side of the sink that looked like pubic hairs. The bed (once I removed the (“apparent fresh towel”) had a huge long black hair on the duvet. The walls are also paper thin and I had neighbours knocking on my door to ask me to turn the sound down on my tv at 6pm (I didn’t have my tv on) it was a room upstairs and, they were playing music and their tv was blaring all night!! I could actually hear the person yawning at one point. This property is not fit for purpose. I am out of £60 for the worst night and room.

Easy to find and access, good location for what I required. Very well equipped room. Only negative was the tv remote didn’t work.

Multiple bedrooms have a shared bathroom out in hallway and upstairs. If you have mobility issues or kids - not a good idea. I wish that would have been explained. From the photos it seemed that the room came with a bathroom. Otherwise price was great and easy commute into town

Room was clean but needed some TLC, could do with an uplift as furniture and appliances were very worn. Room was fairly spacious but was for three people and only had one dining chair to sit on at the table

This guest house is nice for a budget option near Heathrow. We came in late and left early to catch a flight so it was perfect. No frills, but comfortable and as advertised.

This venue was a good location for me meeting a friend. Room (room 8) was comfortable with TV, fridge and microwave and crockery for 3 people. Shower in ensuite was poor and flow of water was not consistent. No greeting from owner/manager just a person on an intercom. Car park at venue okay, no wifi in room.

The room was perfect, great towels and clean. Fridge, dishes and everything we needed. I would recommend this place or use it again ourselves. The only thing was checking in was strange as no person just an intercom.

Simple to check-in. Adequate size for single room. Nice touch being microwave and single set of crockery and utensils. Kettle was a tad fiddly to fill from bathroom sink.
Fire notice was a tad misleading. I never found where or how I could have activated the alarm in event of fire and not sure the suggested path by the side or the opposite wing would have been safe to use had a fire started there.
Managed, somehow to cut my left hand simply opening the cubicle door to get out. There clearly is a sharp area somewhere because I didn't notice until I saw blood drips behind me and blood of towel whilst drying myself (Room 4).
However, I would be more than happy to use the venue again.

Overall I would say OK for the money, but I wouldn't stay there again. Better to pay a bit more

Just ok.
A bit disappointed though that a bathroom wasn't in the apartment. Had to keep going up and down the stairs to use the bathroom and to even get any access to water. Would probably not lodge here again

It was clean and quiet. The room was good with all necessary equipments. Everything was good except there was no physical exchange with owners. One only communicate with them via phone calls from the onset to the last. That seemed like movie films and somehow spooky. Just intereacting with voices and no face to them. I woukd have loved to see them and have a feel of intereacting with humans. Apart from this, it is a good place, quiet, peaceful and clean. One more thing their check out time is too early, 10am and not the usual 12 - 1.00pm one gets from other guest houses or hotels.

It was a lovely place to stay, very quiet off road. With parking. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly. Also helped out with information on travel to get into Central London. Definitely recommend. Very good value for money.

Very convenient for a trip to Wembley, bus stop outside which took us to Hillingdon tube station then straight through to Wembley Park. Taxi info provided in the room, we photographed the numbers and used on the return journey as a bit late to catch a bus, so very helpful. Our room and ensuite were small but effective and spotlessly clean. Small fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and tea and coffee making facilities provided. The double bed was against the wall which was fine for us but may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Very quiet at night. Great to be able to park in the spacious front drive. I would definitely stay here again if going to Wembley. The weather was very hot but a duvet was provided, I had taken a sheet so we were ok but forgot to check the drawers to see if one was available, may be worth enquiring in hot weather.

Good property but would be nice to open window to allow air but lock it to avoid access from outside. Room very hot with 5 guests. Also shower had drain issue that caused smell.

This place is ok if you’re desperate and in need of a place to rest. When we got to our room, it was quite hot and when I asked if there was an AC or a fan, I was told no. I was disappointed and wouldn’t have stayed there with three little kids if I knew that we wouldn’t be comfortable.
