Gentleman who checked me in was really nice. Room was a basic room, 2 beds and a washroom. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tv. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Could hear noise from other rooms and door was missing part of the additional swing locking mechanism. Didn’t affect my stay as I was only there 1 night. Breakfast in the morning, coffee, juice, muffins and croissants from what I saw, I didn’t grab anything as I was in a rush leaving. Check out was quick. I would stay again.

This was a one night stop over, and I was looking for an economy accommodation.
The hosts have done their best to make this economy hotel clean and comfortable. Even providing a coffee and a continental breakfast in the morning.
The owners care about the property and their guests. This might not be a five star resort, but it’s damn near the best economy accommodations I’ve ever stayed in.

I can safely say that this was the best experience that we had during our long multi-day trip. It was not the property that takes the 5 stars. Property would be like 3-4/5... however the people/staff were extremely warm and ready to serve. The breakfast spread was great too.

We loved the cottage we stayed in …it was adorable and so nice to sit in the chairs outside the cottage ….staff was super friendly and it was clean ….would definitely stay again !!!!

This turned out to be a very nice place, but it could use some TLC. I really liked the woman who ran it, and regret we didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant or make the breakfast. At first I was disappointed with the lack of updates (can’t stand the old bedspreads and the AC was loud) but I slept really well. The bed was comfy and it was super quiet. I also realized it was spotlessly clean and had coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc. We were able to walk to the port area, and I would definitely be willing to go back there, especially if the price is right ! It’s hard to find inexpensive hotels that don’t feel sketchy, and this is one. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed. Looked much better in Expedia. It had great reviews in Expedia but in reality it did not measure up to what was displayed. Had to change room because it smelled like urine. It was advertised as two queen beds but when I got there the front desk made it look like they were upgrading me from double beds. We booked for 4 ppl and front desk wanted to charge me money for having more than 2 ppl in the room. It advertises breakfast included but it is only one muffin (front desk is making sure you don’t grab more than one), sunny D (not even juice) and coffee. Tv is very small, could not hear it with AC running. Not paved.

The hotel staff were welcoming, smiling, complimentary, informative, no hesitation to take care of our requests. We even got a "goodbye, have a good trip" when checking out.

very strong smoking scent as soon as opening the room door. The dust and dirty residue on the bed sheet. The owner appeared quiet stingy and unwilled to provide quality of customer service.

Really neat space. I knew it was a motel but they have little huts in the back. It was great! The hot water took FOREVER though. You have to let it run for about 6-7mins before you get in the shower. A minor quirk. Overall enjoyable and unique.

Stuffs (the owners) are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was prepared on the spot and good. Bad sound proofing: we were not able to sleep the whole night, being waken up by either the loud talking of next room on the right or dog barking in the next room on the left. The noises stopped at around 4:30AM

Bed and pillows were nice. Location was convenient to what we were looking for.
But the area immediately surrounding the motel unit was dirty. There were garbage bins and a grease bin from the restaurant outside our unit. When the window was open you could smell the grease. The room smelled like a wet dog when were got there and didn't abate until the window was closed.
