How can anyone enjoy a stay when on arrival being told that check in is at 3pm, especially after letting them know that we would be arriving early and they acknowledged that? This from a 4 star hotel! Upon complaining they use the feable excuse that checkout is at noon, as if they need to clean all the rooms, after noon, and let everyone one in at 3pm. Absurd, especially in the low season of mid-October and when group tours and business people leave early.

This hotel is amazing! I stay there whenever I come in Motril. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are very nice. Also the lady working at the reception is very kind

Very much enjoyed the peacefulness of the property and the scene. Very helpful and patient staff. Room service collection of tray wasn't entirely great. Did not receive fresh bathroom towels during daily room cleaning for some reason.

Steps from the beach, rooms were spacious and we had a great view. Easy to get around. Staff were so helpful and nice.

Best service, wonderful breakfast and wonderful bed. We will come back.

It is a very nice hotel with confortable rooms. The food was tasty. The wifi was not very fast. The staff friendly but apart from the reception nobody else could speak in English

Check-in was easy. The room and bathroom were a decent size but décor was tired. No guest tray or kettle and basic toiletries. The TV turned on every time you entered the room which I found annoying. The walls were so thin if I knew Spanish I would know what my neighbour was saying and if he has a partner I feel sorry for them with his snoring. The breakfast buffet was average with very greasy scrambled eggs. There was an omelet station but no one manning it. You needed a swimming hat for the pool so I could not use that facility. Would not stay here again. It's a three star hotel.

Across from the beach. We were there first week of November and not much going on. Food just Ok. Room large and comfortable. Drink pours better than average. Staff at reception excellent albeit a tad slow. Restaurant and bar staff excellent. Parking very convenient. Beautiful property.

Staying in October, the hotel was relatively quiet. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas are well maintained and clean. The hotel room was rather stark with nothing on the walls (pictures or decoration) and our room had a lot of wall damaged needing repair. Hotel staff were very helpful especially with our language barrier. Good breakfast.

My colleague and I were in Motril for work purposes and Elba Motril B&B Resort was recommended to us as an alternative. Very handly to the Marina where we were working. Probably the best option in the area with secure onsite parking for €6 euros per day. The parking spaces were the biggest I've encountered, I have a BMW 5 series and we fit into the parking space with room to spare. Never had the chance to use the pool although it was noticeably smaller than depicted on Hotels.com. A plunge pool probably, rather than a lap pool. The interior decor leading to the rooms was interesting, lots of neon and very Las Vegas if that's your thing. The rooms are big, marble clad and has a safe and minibar etc. The sea views looked better on Hotels.com but we were out all day anyway, so made little difference to us. Not exactly attractive looking out over a series of old garages towards the beach about 500 meters away. Staff were great, super polite and helpful. Lots of food and a ton of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was thought provoking as there weren't that many guests onsite so I wonder what happens to all the remaining food at the end of service... and I'm talking about ALOT of food! Hopefully, not all into the rubbish bins! I paid for the rooms and all meals which was really handy and excellent value for money! The only hotel that has offered this service so far. Motril close to the marina unfortunately didn't have much to offer but again it was only 3 days.

Very nice hotel, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast is ok. Parking (€6 per day) was full so I needed to find a free car park (5 min walk away).

The hotel is very nice and the room spacious. I faced an issue with the check in as I had to sign documents provided only in Spanish and I did not have a explanation or translation of what it was about. Furthermore, the restaurant was closing at 22:00 and even though I entered sometime before, nobody came to take order or inform that the kitchen was about to close and if I want to order. As a result I did not manage to eat.

Good location. Excellent staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Plenty of free parking.

Clean rooms,but a little smaller than expected, great breakfast buffet ,and very helpful staff .

We had a great Premium room. The Hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The daily menu in the Restaurant looked inviting although we didnt use it as we were surrounded by sea food restaurants. Parking on site is a bonus as it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby.

We had a week in the hotel with an excellent breakfast each morning and a very varied evening dinner on 4 days. The food was of an excellent quality with great staff. The outside pool was very well located. Also across the road you had an excellent prom for walking.

The hotel is really nice, room very comfortable, great buffet breakfast included and nice gym.The only problem is that the pool and jacuzzi are very cold. We couldnt get in the water.Additionally, if you are planning for some holiday, Motril is definitely a terrible destination. There is absolutely nothing and the beach is horrible.
