Bedroom and bathroom had a smell when you walk in.

Great in most respects. But we had a dog friendly room and dogs weren’t allowed anywhere we could eat so its more limiting than other dog friendly hotels we’ve stayed at

Only stayed one night. Bed comfortable but no electrical socket next to the bed which made it difficult to charge mobile. Breakfast good. Hotel looks a little tired.

We travel with a dog. Dog friendly but not in the bar/restaurant. Easy access to good dog-walks by the river and up to the castle. We do like the hotel right in the middle of Burgos, near the centre and the cathedral. We will return!

Amazing modern property within a short walk of the Burgos cathedral and the old town. Property includes an indoor pool. The attached parking garage has a lot of room; makes for easy parking.

Great hotel in a good location. The only regret is you cant leave your dog in the room when you hsve dinner which makes life difficult.

Room very cold and needed potable heater which was provided immediately upon request. Thin walls and could heat voices from room next door. But overall service and friendliness of staff very good.

A perfect stay! This hotel is super clean, comfortable, a five minute walk to the great cathedral, with very helpful staff. My stay could not have been better. Did I mention how clean (and nice!) the rooms are? A great place to stay in Burgos.

Excellent hotel, excellent beddings, good staff. The food is very good at the bar. The swimming pool is great to relax.

Glitzy modern hotel. Excellent position for old town and it's amazing cathedral. Difficult road access by motorbike and parking good but expensive. Our room wasn't ready at 2.00. Staff apologetic but ...! No restaurant running that day but bar food available and OK. The advertised view from it's high position is compromised by the trees growing in front.

Beautiful hotel build on an old building. Easy accessible and parking facilities. Great staff, always kind. We were offered an upgrade to a bigger room (paid), totally worth it. Clean and comfortable.

They advertise as pet friendly yet charge €30 per for your pet to sleep on the floor of a room you have already paid for. There is no prior notice of this charge. Fell absolutely ripped off!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is lovely located on a hill overlooking the city with a short walk to the Center. Our room was clean modern with everything we needed. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of it. Parking was available for a fee. The staff were extremely welcoming and informative. Overall a nice place to stay for our trip to Burgos

Great location for visiting old town, garage parking (at a fee) but well worth it. A light bright and airy large hotel. Breakfast of a good standard with many choices. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Didn’t use restaurant in evening. Room very good size with patio and chairs at rear. Coffee machine provided but no creamer or free bottled water. Would recommend

Nice location wand easy city access but some items need attention, very noisy rooms, swimming pool dated and coffee in the breakfast area is far from good.

Fantastic hotel for the money

The hotel is in a quiet area, yet close walking distance to the cathedral and plaza mayor.

Zero service. Even the manager was unpolite and rough

Easy access, great location, clean clean clean. Friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast had wide range of tastes - all good. Walking distance to the old city center. Calm and beds completely comfortable. Burgos was a real surprise too...I will come back.

Very good place !

Planned to stay for 3 days and then move on, but found it so good we stayed extra days. The road works carrying on outside, meant there was no other traffic, so was actually really quiet. Great location, and nice extra touches with fresh water and dates available, as well as fizz or coffee available on the large terrace

With the roadworks it was very hard to find the route in to the hotel. Despite walking to the hotel and asking for guidance we wasted over 30mins trying to get to the hotel. The hotel was hosting a party the evening we stayed which meant the restaurant was not open - it would have been helpful to have been informed of this before we arrived. The limited food available was from the bar which ws not very helpful for my 2.5 year old son. Because of the party the noise level was very high and went on beyond 3am, which meant a very poor nights sleep. Not impressed with the consideration given to guests over the need to host a party.

Hotel was beautiful . Lovely breakfast , close to historic castle

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Hotel is as advertised. Room is elegantly furnished and very roomy. We enjoyed the vast selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The covered onsite parking of 19.90 Euros is high but the parking space is roomy, unlike the other hotels' parking we experienced which were very tight. Hotel's location is a short walk to the Burgos Cathedral and to it's many shops and restaurants.

Comfortable big rooms.

Spacious room. All very well presented. However, the reception was on top of a hill. You could drive a car up the single track but then one car blocked all the others. Car parking expensive and awkward. The cost for our dog was astronomical. Unlike other Spanish hotels, no dog bed, bowls etc provided.
